"Booked table about Opentable website such as Ask Website. Booking was confirmed by email, but when we arrived restaurant has no record of booking and said you must have booked the other questions in Milton Keynes, the people do that all the time. I'll see if I can fit you. This was not the case after my confirmation, and I found it very dismissed from the employee. She seemed to believe that she did us a favor to correct the situation and had no interest in finding out why the booking system had failed. Ordered food, had to hunt for the Crayons for our 5 year old son, because they were not brought with his activity sheet/menu. Asked for Krug, but not enough glasses were delivered. The starter of my son came, but the tomato dive was missing. With quality and taste, the food was fair, but too expensive. My side salad consisted of rocket, a small amount of red onion, a half cherry tomato and a cucumber. Probably rocket is favorable to maximize the margin. All these are relatively small problems, but so many in a visit indicates a lack of good administration. The restaurant seemed so difficult for the busy Saturday noon to fix our problems. Try it. Will not return to this branch. Too bad as we have some nice meals and great service on other branches."

"The nicest place. Food is great and the staff are awesome. It's tucked away down a little alley, but you should definitely check it out. It used to be an old chemist and retains walls of old drawers labelled with old remedies and potions. Great place, highly recommend."

"Ask the server about vegan weine I said it was strange for a restaurant to serve vegan meals and not list a vegan wein they then argued with me to say nowhere and pressed me for the answer what. restaurant do! so I asked them to check how very fast had answered, but did not seem to know why wee vegan can be they huffed out, came back, said no one was it! So I said while they were gone I looked on zizzi website and all their wee is vegan beside pinot noir should they perhaps know that I did not ask the discreet tip as after ordering and payment by the app and asking why"
