"Friday lunch time was probably not the best time to try for a table without a booking, but we got a table for 4 outside without any problems. It was a little cool until the sun came out from behind the clouds and then it heated up. There is no shade, so it might pay to have a hat and sunglasses on warm days. Managed to get our orders in easily enough and food came out quite quickly. There seemed to be some confusion between our table and the one next to us, but we all got our food correctly. Very enjoyable lunch."

"This place is about a 400 metre walk - easily achievable - from Melbourne's Southern Cross railway station which is the best way to reach it, epitomised by how one of my dining companions could not work out how to get into Docklands even with a navigational aid.The restaurant has al fresco dining in Bourke Street but we trekked up the stairs to the minimalist, 'industrial feel' main dining area that has nice tables for four with comfortable bamboo chairs and in the centre of the large room a few large tables for about 12 with backless pink stools. We chose the former since I want a chair not a backless stool thank you very much. The Thai waitress' English was only passable. She was not effusive and did not smile.Food took a while to arrive: the prawn crackers with peanut sauce were genrous in portion and the mains OK quality; the coconut ice cream was palate cleansing. The waitress brought me a lemon lime and bitters stubbie when I asked for a Thai lemon tea. She was similarly confused when one of our party asked for soda water. As I understand with the National Australia Bank having hundreds of staff opposite, this restaurant is very busy during many weekday lunchtimes, I would hope not to have this slow, slightly surly waitress during such busier periods. There was only one toilet for the premises: insufficient!"

"Best pizza ever in OZ. The base is always crispy as it should be and pastas are perfect. Don't overdo or drowned in sauce. I look forward to my next time in Melbourne so I can eat here again."

"Stopped here for brunch with a friend, delicious meal, quick and attentive service. I had the ricotta hazelnut pancakes which were very tasty and reasonably priced for the size. My friend had the smashed Avo, which was also a huge serving. Would definitely go back again."
