"I really like this places coffee and their cheesecakes are such a treat! My issue with this place is that you can’t walk in and order a drink and get it with your dog. It’s actually quite sad because I live in the area and pass by it walking my dog but if i’m alone I cannot go in and get a coffee. Their mobile ordering is what they suggested when i brought up this but it’s awful and I barely see a difference of online ordering and going into grab it with my dog vs ordering in person.. I totally understand if you have a dog going back outside once you have your drink and not sticking around. I also understand food and health safety with dogs however they should really come up with a better option as I would love to spend money here. (Maybe the ice cream window serving iced coffee? Mad Llama down the road has had no problems with me coming into order with my dog as long as I go back outside when I get the drink. I have taken the further sketchier walk to Mad Llama a few times because of the cheesecakerys lack of ability to accommodate dog owners. I hope to see this issue get resolved because I think they will get even more business and stimulate Madisonville further if single dog owners could order here. Another issue surrounding dogs, I would love to try their ice cream place. But my dog is so scared of the blow up thing they have twirling around infront of the shop. Wondering when that will get taken down as a resident of madisonville it has interfered with my daily walks and has become an annoyance."

"It’s a coffee shop with the pastries especially many kind of croissant. there is food menu also that serve all day until the shop close. Croissant is good like coffee (i had mocha coz i didn’t drink coffee) at least something but the smoothie of how to making it it’s nice."

"Such an awesome cake for my husbands 30th birthday!!! Everyone was SO excited and absolutely loved it!!! We got strawberry and cream cheese and it was delicious. The price was reasonable, too. So so soooo good, will definitely be back again."

"The macaroons look like fake food, like something pretty that wouldn't taste good at all. Surprise, they taste awesome. Same with the cupcakes, and I don't usually like cupcakes. They're normally too sweet for me. If you're like me and not a fan of cupcakes, go for the Lemon pie or the red velvet. You won't regret it. The service is amazing, it's clean and child friendly, the coffee tastes good, need I say more?"

"Reputation inflation is a real danger, so this four-star review might be a five-star review in the hands of someone more generous. So, the good stuff: their beef noodle soup is incredible (shown in the picture). The environment is nice, the staff is friendly, and their taro milk tea with boba is phenomenal. Indeed, the taro milk tea is better than Bubblecup Tea Zone and high quality, according to my friend who used to work in a boba tea shop in Seattle. The only gripe that I have is the boba pearls, which are a little tough. I ended up drinking all the tea and throwing some of pearls away. Other than that, this shop is phenomenal. Another thing to note (as of 07/17/21), their prices are slightly higher than listed. It is something they were apologetic for and hopefully will fix soon, and it is understandable as inflation is hitting everyone hard."

"This review is long overdue but I must say it exceeded my expectations with wanting a black cake and gold flower petal like designs! I went in with the idea of wanting to order a black cake for my birthday and Christina helped me out in deciding the flavor combinations. My guests and I loved the texture and softness of the cake so I truly was happy with the outcome! Because the cake was so soft, it did start to crumble as I was cutting it given that the fondant was the way that it was. However the flavor was the best treat!"
