"Shout out to the amazing staff. I used to work in the food Industry and lets just say i left for a reason. Today the amazing cashiers made my day and reminded me that food industry people are the true MVP's of the working class. I ordered my food online so i can run in and run out. When i went to pick up my lunch I noticed the whole staff was super busy (Monday in DTLA near Law Firms of course they are. When i got to the pick-up area my food wasn't there. I waited 7 minutes and still no order. I asked the cashier, and they assured me it was on its way and they were slammed , which they were. another 6 minutes goes by and i'm noticing order are coming out and not mine. I ask again since I like to eat my lunch before the Partners get back and i have no time to eat. After much searching for my order the cashier noticed my order had been bumped in the chaos and was not made. The wonderful staff rushed my order and gave me a water and two lunches on them. Thank you so much. I hate being a Karen and another 20 minutes would have made me full Karen. I've worked in food before, but great customer service like this made my day for sure and would have made any Karen calm down."

"I am Vietnamese and I loved the banh mis here. We ordered combination pork and grilled pork. Cash only and the atm was out of service. However, the lady was nice enough to take the order anyways while my friend went to find other atms. Many closeby atms didnt accept his card so he took a long walk, so it was the inconvenience. Banh mi tasted nice in my opinion. Havent tried the other dishes so Cant tell. The shop is cute but the bathroom is nasty so I mean If you dont have a broken bladder like me even just for a quick snack time or might lose appetite because of this then it should be fine. Otherwise, I think I will pick up and eat somewhere else instead"

"The seafood mixed vegetables and the salmon in coconut was okay but the Pad Thai was not good at all! The pad Thai has too much orange flavor, too strong for our taste! I’ve tasted much better pad Thai somewhere else! Probably one of the worst Pad Thai we’ve ever tasted! But the desserts are awesome!!! Service was too slow."
