"It is tough to find good wings in Grand Rapids, but this place has become one of my favorites. This establishment is a good place to watch a game and have some pizza and a beer without emptying your pockets. Village Inn has proven to be a great local watering hole for Kentwood and Southeast GR residents with good pizza, good service, and good vibes. If I had to offer some suggestions for improvement, I would say that they should stop having live music. The restaurant is just too small to have a band play, as you are not able to talk to your party or other patrons and servers over the loudness of the music. Keep it classy Village Inn!"

"Waste of money. Boba was the consistency of old overcooked potatoes. It was grainy and would literally fall apart in your month. The flavor of the taro boba was more water than taro. I spent 5 dollars on the drink just to throw it away. Don't get boba here, I don't know about their food but I haven't heard great things. There are way better placed in GR that's for sure."

"This pub was really good. I'll start with the service. It was really good and the bartender did a great job making the drinks. They also had a great selection of beers and cocktails. We got some appetizers and they were amazing. The Ruben egg rolls are a must. The flavor was amazing and you can tell they were made from scratch. We also got the pot stickers and those also were delicious. If you are ever in town this is a fantastic place to get a drink and some food."

"I made an online order, but unfortunately was stuck at work. It had been well past an hour before I could finally get away for my break. I drive all the way to the store and inquire about my order. The manager says because of health reasons and sitting out for so long, they had to throw my sandwich away. Fine…completely understandable. I then requested for a new sandwich and was told they could but that I’d have to pay for a second sandwich. Umm, excuse me? I’m not paying again when my 1st order was thrown away. I then requested a refund and was denied. After a bit of arguing, I proceeded to say that I would just dispute it with my bank if they refused to help me. The manager very rudely said “go right ahead!” Worst customer service ever!!!"

"We (a party of 3) went to the Kitchen Counter after the River Bank Run for breakfast. Two of us had variations of the American Breakfast; the food came quickly and was delicious (see photo). However, the third person's order was lost, so she had to wait for them to start over with her Mushroom and Spinach Omelet. The omelet was good when it got to her, but we were already done eating by then. We will need to try the restaurant again it was probably a fluke, based on their good reputation."
