"Teresa the manager needs to be demoted or fired . My girlfriend worked here and was let go because she supposedly didn’t work as hard as the men working there. Teresa’s ego is why I don’t work at fast food. also the franchise owner is a old man that won’t do anything at all unfortunately. Food is bomb though!"

"For all intentions and purposes, some things appeared here changed at Uncle Bear’s, and I am not convinced that they are for the better! The good old uncle has been a popular irrigation hole in recent years and Victuals munching spot at Roaming in the area of Queen Creek. But something happened! First it was clean and tidy – no more peanuts on the tables, chairs or floor. The feeling of dog friends who lure here and there is not quite the same when it is so immaculate (only their pictures show better)! I was told that it was dealing with cartridges that complained that it was not beneficial for Tidins who need a lot in a clean environment, and something about peanut allergies! I must confess, my wife has extreme allergies to peanuts, soy and legumes, we feel for you who have it – but we never had a problem! Secondly, there is the service, its hurdle, timing and serving temperature! People, it's great, the Mandarin Ale and Seeing Eye Dog Cocktail were ice cold and well prepared – but you don't serve a meal before your appetizers are less than half done! And thirdly, both were not one, but our soups – the tomato bisque and the beer cheese soups were cold (yes cold, not tepid – cold). I think they should be very warm, preferably hot! Only the very, very good yields of their Jalapeno Chili Poppers were delicious and hot, even short of spicy heat. Then, even the unexpected continuation of our main courses when she arrived, was more of the same! Both our meals, the bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich and Turkey Avocado Melt were hardly deceived (only my frits were hot)! Last but not least, the order of my wife of Sweet Potato Fries was not only cold – but still raw. Come guys, we know that you can better, we have experienced your great kindness, homage, good service and ambience, not to mention fantastic food – that's why we're always back and looking forward to it. This visit, however, lets me ask when the next time will be. I sincerely hope that this experience is a unique experience!"

"Screaming and yelling loud and being obnoxious as employees is ridiculous! Not only that spilled my drink! Took four to clean it up! And they were socializing while doing it and laughing loud! No wonder it took so long! It took them 5 minutes to give me two shakes and two frozen drinks! That is ridiculous and unprofessional! And than you don’t even apologize for having me wait five minutes for my drinks? While in drive thru mind you? Yeah lol what a joke no wonder you guys are hiring for a manager! They need to make corrections."

"It's a great, inexpensive place to get good Mexican food. It's not fancy, but the food is good! There are a few retro video games and a big dining room. My favorites are the breakfast burritos, they're all tasty! My husband loves the tacos. And the nachos with everything on them can feed a small family! Enjoy!"
