"So you can't go in. Mac n cheese is out of stock the family bundle with 16 tenders. Chicken tenders look great, and smell good. The chicken is very tough and dry major disappointment. not much gravy on or with the mashed potatoes but they do have a good flavor a little salty though. The Coleslaw is very bland has no flavor at all. The customer service at drive thru was exceptional. Was very polite and personable. ? ? Of 5 stars."

"This Popeyes not only failed miserably with customer service, but just basic human decency as well. If you can't control yourself, you can't control anything. The manager working on Friday night, June 24 should be fired. I know that Popeyes is notorious for having bad service, but this guy was on a whole other level. An experience that I will never forget."

"Two stars for the chicken because it was spicy, but Luke warm. Can somebody please clean the darn ice maker? Mold just up insise of the opening where ice drops. And what's up with those floors? Felt like I was walking on an ice rink with roller skates. Floor dirty, and I felt as if my patronism had interrupted somebody's day. Nobody came to the front counter for almost 2 minutes. I kept walking back and forth to get napkins and straws just to waste time before I ordered, to see if anyone would approach the front counter. I was assisted, but like I mentioned, I was a patron visiting the inside of the restaurant and there was one car in the drive thru when I pulled up. Maybe nobody wanted to work on Labor Day? Whatever the reason, I didn't do it. Restaurant needs cleaning. Bathrooms were scary. I almost busted my axx. That first stall has a water drain in the floor but it leans inward. I held on to the wall to brace myself while doing my business. These are my own personal opinions, within this review."

"I wanted to check the hype on Popeye's new chicken sandwich. We wanted it crispy and the staff was polite enough to give us a new batch! The meat was sooo crispy and juicy. Really loved the rolls and the sauce that goes with the chicken. I really enjoyed it, don't miss it!"

"And almost gagged by the smell. I thought maybe something was held back or not taken out. I asked for a knife to cut my mother's chicken sandwich in 1/2 and got a spork (no knife). the kokakola came as a foam and was told that it was only a little running before I put my cup under them. had it still disgusting. eating had almost the same smell I experienced going through the door, so I suppose it must be her oil or something. the thought alone made me sick. I'll never eat there again."
