"I have Celiacs and let them know that and asked if they still changed gloves and cooked on a cleaned or separate surface . They had told me in my prior visit they did and I did not get sick then. Now when I think about it, this time, the person who took my order didn't seem too understand my request. She just repeated the order and nodded yes while saying yes, burger bowl no bun. Well that should have been a red flag, but I was craving a burger bowl. I ate halfway into my burger bowl there were mushrooms, I never ordered those . I stopped eating and yup within a half hr I became very ill, three+ days. My son said they changed gloves, he saw that but if they cooked the meat or the mushrooms where they cook the buns- that's enough to make anyone with Celiacs very sick. So bummed never again can I eat or trust Five Guys just not worth it."
