The online delivery service helped save this restaurant from closing during the Covid-19 pandemic. It's unfortunate that some customers take advantage of this service by vandalizing the workers' cars in the parking lot. The wait time for a burger and fries is 40 minutes, but if you choose to dine in, be aware that your car may be at risk of damage in the parking lot. View all feedback.
It's been a long time since I was with five guys. that was just delicious. the burger was juicy and loaded with taste. the pommes were from this world. it really has to be a much shorter time before my next visit.
Very professional staff. They can handle very difficult situations with grace. They all deserve massive raises. 10/10 would recommend.
I have Celiacs and let them know that and asked if they still changed gloves and cooked on a cleaned or separate surface . They had told me in my prior visit they did and I did not get sick then. Now when I think about it, this time, the person who took my order didn't seem too understand my request. She just repeated the order and nodded yes while saying yes, burger bowl no bun. Well that should have been a red flag, but I was craving a burger bowl. I ate halfway into my burger bowl there were mushrooms, I never ordered those . I stopped eating and yup within a half hr I became very ill, three+ days. My son said they changed gloves, he saw that but if they cooked the meat or the mushrooms where they cook the buns- that's enough to make anyone with Celiacs very sick. So bummed never again can I eat or trust Five Guys just not worth it.
Another great experience. Super fast super friendly.
Almost 20 fn dollars for a burger and fries.A restaurant charges less than this for better burger.these people are trippin hard
