"We started off at the salad bar with limited choices, a couple soups were missing, then when they brought them out there were no ladles. For the first 45-60 minutes (7p-745p) barely any meat was coming around, it wasn’t until my husband held his card up in the air and a manager noticed that meat started coming out more frequently. At least half the meat we had was not good. The ribs were inedible-they were so tough you couldn’t even cut them. There was no lamb or any Picanha. The cheese bread was not cooked. My total bill with tip was $355.00. I don’t mind paying this kind of money for a good meal, but unfortunately this was not a good meal. This was a very poor experience from what we are used to at this location."

"Seated fairly quickly. Ordered our food and waited nearly 45 mins for the food to come. Place was half filled. Two couples at two different tables got their food before us (we were seated before them). The food was alright- not worth how much they charge. The lobster was dried out (again- for the price they charge it wasn’t worth it)."
