"Everything was pretty great. The oysters and sushi rolls were wonderful, and the cocktails amazing. While our server was delightful, she was not very attentive. We had to wait almost 10 min to ask for a missing side only to learn they were out. It would have been nice if she mentioned it when our food was delivered, or glanced our way the 10 times she was within 10 feet of our table. (Having served for 10+ years I learned to scan my area even if I was in the middle of another task. Overall it was a good experience and I'd definitely go back again."

"Our first table was right under the vent so we had to move. The food was great with the exception of the corn chowder soup. Tasted like it was watered down at the last minute. Service was excellent. Somebody has got to do something about the music though-the same track gets repeated every ten minutes over and over again."

"I’ve never been disappointed at W Carmel Dr. Zoup EVERY employee has been friendly, helpful and engaging each time I’ve come into the store to take out soup. Today was a special treat because I was able to meet the outgoing manager who introduced me to the new manager! It’s always good to hear the new opportunity for a dependable employee is with his large church. We found we had several friends in common. My hope is that this business will take off like Chick-fil-A has because of the quality of the product and the consistent service and friendliness of the employees. Peyton and “Z” represent the company well. Please give these folks a try. And btw, the onion soup is way better than I can make at home. We have several favorites but are not opposed to trying something new on the menu."
