We were looking forward to trying zoups for some time. Tonight we finally made it over. All the soups looked crusted over but still tried not to judge. Waited over 5 minutes and no staff was to be seen or heard of. Some other customers looked to be waiting on staff as well. We left. Hungry partner and kids did not want to wait. No bell to ring.
