"What a delight! The indoor landscaping and water features/sea creatures speak for themselves. The rooms though! They were so perfectly clean. They have incredible views whether you look inside the atrium or outside the hotel. Staying here was essentially a gift from a friend and our family was blessed and in awe of all we saw and experienced here. The staff was always polite and immediately responsive to any need. The conference room staff, serving meals and drinks were also incredibly polite and friendly. I loved every minute hereRooms: Clean and well furnished with lots of outlets and even ceiling fans over the beds. Plentiful pillows as well.Walkability: Walk all around! So much to see!! You will be agog!Food drinks: Lots of choices. Pricey, but unique and delicious.Noteworthy details: Indoor boat! Indoor light show every night at 9. Alligators! Waterfalls! Georgious tropical trees, foliage and flowers. Simply beautiful things everywhere."

"Red lobster on Vine Street. I really stopped going to Red Lobster I felt it was not worth the money, which was several years ago. In the last 12 months I have eaten there 3 times including the current visit. What drew me back were the shrimp skewers. I specifically went this evening for the shrimp skewers. Lisa was our waitress. She was lively and worked several tables. Nice and engaging.30 to 40 minutes after we ordered Liza came to tell me they did not have shrimp skewers. Now I've been to this Red Lobster in the past and at that moment I remember this was one of the reasons I stopped going. You order, wait for you meal then they tell you 30 40 minutes later they don't have it. They were always out of the shrimp options. Anyway they gave me double scampi. No manager can by to apologize and Liza gave a 10% of the dish. All she could do. Really I was not satisfied but whatever. Food I ordered pick 2 shrimp and 1 side. I ordered the scampi, shrimp skewers and a baked potato. Hubby ordered the clam chowder and chicken Alfredo. Since it took so long for the food to come my shrimp were room temperature. The potato was fine. Hubby loved the chicken Alfredo and with salt and pepper the clam chowder. The biscuits were a little over done. Atmosphere The restaurant was not full only a select numbers of tables were being used. When we were seated the Hostess apologized about the wait stating they were very busy. We only waited about 15 minutes for a table we were told would be 20 minutes. Restroom was clean. One hand soap was so water down it was just pink water. Lisa did apologize about the shrimp stating when she went to get the order they told her. Price $49 $59. Reasonable. I don't know go at your own risk at this location. I hope It is a better experience than mine was. Restaurants need to get back to great customer service. The manager should have come by my table. Low food options need to be told to the waiter/waitress so they can inform the customer. I would have ordered something totally different. This is my main gripe they tell you when the food is done. Now I have to take what they give or don't eat! Please fix this."

"This was on my bucket list for a while now. It did not disappoint! The lobster was good but the star of the show to me was the crab snow crab legs, Cajun boiled crab and crab claws on ice! The sushi was good as well as the sides (especially liked the corn casserole). Also, be sure to try the lobster bisque and flan for dessert. The waiter was excellent! We had a lot of fun!"

"It was super cold in the restaurant, people kept their puffer jackets on kind of cold. We asked to be seated in a smaller selection which we were informed that kids (we had one 8yr old) could not sit in that area. But after a while a family with a much younger child, maybe 3yrs old, was seated in that area. After 2 beers my husband was informed they did not have any more of that selection. The crab cakes and calamari were very good. Main food such as steaks and chicken alfredo were not good at all. The meat tasted as if the grill was not cleaned. Hamburger and shrimp po'boy were just ok but my daughter did enjoy her chicken parmesan. Our waitress did not seem to know the menu at all. For over a $300 meal you would expect better main dishes."
