"In this restaurant for a friend 'a birthday. immediately noticed how disturbed it was, what some people might find charming. it was dark with only candles that illuminate the place. I had to use the flashlight on my phone to read the menu. I ordered a dozen oysters, because the oysters were small and barely registered at the gaumen. the beef-tenderoin was nothing special, just a hunk of meat on a teller. everything was ala carte so ordered the dauphinois carrots that were dry. the zucchini court had a honey glaze with nuts, which were in order, but could be made easy to house. the dessert menu was tender with only two, a pumpkin cake and the worst creampe brûlée I've ever had. it contained a kind of obst not sure what and nuts. my friend had the foie grass that was good. overall not impressed and will not be back. they save their money people there are better and more reasonable than this place of the pretenz"

"Had a wonderful meal on the patio with friends, it was a Thursday evening and there was a duet playing jazz in the background. From the tourtière, salmon special, the duck confit and the mussels, all four meals were excellent. The Maple Sugar Pie is not to be missed with it's homemade flakey pie crust, creamy filling and the whipped cream topping, an amazing way to end a meal, a real Canadian dessert!! Will be very happy to return to this great restaurant."

"I stopped in for lunch since I was down the road at a workshop for the day and I ordered the West African Peanut Soup (vegan) and the Roasted Red Pepper Turkey Melt (available as vegetarian). I was actually going to save half for later but I could not stop eating it. The soup was so good, presentation beautiful. The red pepper spread stuff that was on the sandwich was not what I expected and blew my mind how good it was. The environment was really nice, good mellow but upbeat music and nice marble counter tops. It was classy and casual at the same time. Just a side note, because I always critic this in bars and restaurants, the bathroom was remarkable."
