"Having been to the Tap Room in the past I was excited to go again however this visit did not live up to our expecations at all. Arrived a few minutes before our 12:45 brunch reservation. Had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated. Lobby area was very crowded with people leaving the hotel. Loud and no seating. Restauratn seemed chaotic and we noticed a lot of tables vacatated but not cleared. Finally we were seated and told we could proceed to the buffet or wait for a server to take our drink orders. We got our food and still waited for server. Finally my husband spotted a pitcher of water at the server's stationand at least poured us some water. When server did finally come I requersted coffee which i got rather quickly but it was cold. He came round again with a refill of coffee and still cold. Finally thrid refill =before we were ready to leave was hot. Food was very good but not great and overall ambience of the tap room was noisy and chaotic not at all the elegant classy atmosphere we had experienced in the past"

"I ordered Katsu Kare Lunch Special for to go. Honestly it was much better than my expectations. Foods from packing to taste was great, especially Kare taste was good as much as my experience at the kare restaurants in Korean and Japan (Not to say high end kare restaurants like $30+ for dish, but above average). Staff was nice, price was okay. so definitely willing to order again."

"It was a joy to discover this marvelous restaurant. We went for brunch and sat outside in their outdoor patio. Our waitress Jessica was so accommodating, along with the dining room manager. Jessica provided us with the best service that we’ve experienced in a long time. They checked with us to ensure the music was not overbearing, which I thought was very kind. Jessica was also on point in her cocktail food suggestions. The timing of everything was perfect! We were in the mood for a relaxed brunch and we found this at Bolete! The dining room manager also brought out a journal dating back to the mid to late 1800’s, which was such a treat to see. The cocktail menu was creative and they offered a wonderful selection of wine and local beer. The four of us were all very satisfied with our very unique crafted cocktails. As far as what to order for brunch, there was no wrong choice! We were all very satisfied! Bolete features lots of local delights, including locally foraged mushrooms, which are featured beautifully on their menu! We walked away, knowing that this was not going to be the last time that we would dine at Boulete! We cannot wait to return for dinner!"

"I give this place seven stars, the atmosphere was all so lovely. Live music . Reservations are a complete must in this hotel, Bethlehem, we didn't get an opportunity to make reservations, but we were lucky enough to be seated at the bar where we met our bartender Sirios And Courtney Jo, We ordered a lovely dinner. I had a beautiful spinach salad with pecans, feta cheese, and the vinaigrette dressing that was drizzled on top with beautiful raspberries. This salad was so delicious. We also had a beautiful lobster bisque soup. Then the grand finale was a lobster roll on a buttery brioche rolls. It was so buttery and delicious that the butter was all over my eyeglasses. That's how I deeply involved in this delicious lobster roll I was lol lol. For our beverage, he chose Hoegarden beer , And I had a Cupid love, Prosecco and raspberry. So delicious the atmosphere was so romantic."

"That was our first time here and we loved it. my man and I shared the cuddles with a friend and there was enough for us three. the sauce was excellent. my man had this lamb and he thought it was excellent, cooked as he asked. the others were also very good. we had dessert, the chocolate dried butter cheesecake, and it was also excellent. we look forward to the next time."
