"We ordered a $65 ribeye that was full of gristle. We did not get a refund for the ribeye even though we talk to the manager. Our bill for two people, including tip, was $150. Way over priced. Would never go back."

"As a first time customer pleasantly surprised. I was looking for a lobster roll and google put me here. The atmosphere was great, on a Thursday afternoon hardly anyone was there and towards the end we had the place to ourselves. The chilled lobster roll was great, came with fries. Took a bite before I remembered to snap a pic, was so excited to try. My husband had the cod fish fry, looked amazing and fresh. Great portion sizes. I think it’s interesting how they ask for tips twice but all good. For us both came out to about $38 before tip with drinks."

"Great menu and atmosphere! Nice to come here. You're amazing. Unfortunately, the food lacks consistency when it comes to taste and temperature. There are often cold entrances to the table. It's hard to eat a supposedly hot duck, cold. The manager isn't the nicest guy either. He was quite controversial when he brought these questions to his attention. He literally took our cold order of the oysters and brought them back to us. Talk about cross-contamination! He refused to make it complete for us because he said he didn't want to waste food. That was the straw for us. We will not return. This experience was certainly a deal breaker. I don't think he's the General Manager. You need to learn how to provide better customer service and become a little more sincere when communicating with guests who spend their money in your institution."

"We have been there on a few occasions and the last times it has not met our expectations. It was our anniversary and I ordered off the specials list. The dish was not prepared as indicated an I had baby scallop on top of the so call stuffed wolfish which was not stuffed. A similar thing happened in the past. Also, we order the fancy Martini special which was supposed to have a floating edible orchard and it did not. We wanted those for our picture. The Waitress did not inform us that they did not have the Orchids. The Manager tried making up for it with glasses of Champagne, which we both do not enjoy. Nothing was taken off the bill. I would recommend The Chart House over Bonefish from now on. We are done."
