Bonefish Grill Jacksonville

Our experience at Bonefish this time was disappointing. We have always enjoyed this restaurant, but this evening was not up to our expectations. I tried to make a reservation for 8:00 PM, but was told it was fully booked. However, when we arrived at 7:30, there were only a few people there. On the positive side, we were seated right away and our server was excellent - very attentive. The music playing was loud and not fitting for the ambiance of a nice restaurant. I was looking forward to trying the highly rated cobia, but they were out of it, which was surprising given the low number of diners. My husband's rainbow trout was dry. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience. We were celebrating our anniversary, but we left feeling like we should have chosen a different restaurant. Next year, we will be searching for a new place to celebrate.

The appetizer was brought out first, followed by the main meals just 30 seconds later. Surprisingly, the salads were not brought out at all. We have been loyal customers of this restaurant since it first opened, but over the past year, the service and food quality have significantly worsened.

Great Fathers Day meal. Hadn’t been in a long time-really enjoyed it.

Great until they put on loud obnoxious music Totally changed the ambiance. It is classy and pretty..,....ruined with that music!

Food is always great. However, considering Wednesday’s is always one of their most busiest days, more wait staff is needed.
