"It was loud and energetic on a Saturday night; everything was fine with only a few small quibbles. I'd suggest considering a larger fish portion on the fish and chips plate; be sure to offer hand wipes for customers who choose the lobster; and perhaps straighten out responsibility for who brings the check to the table after the meal is finished. It took quite a while to get anyone to bring the check and then awhile to pick up our credit card to pay. But overall, the food was tasty, and the service was pleasant and polite."

"I loved the lobster roll here. I don't eat the bread so I can't speak about that but the lobster meat was so sweet and tender. They used only claw meat in mine which I prefer over tail meat. I find the tail is often chewy. So I was so impressed with the claw meat. They have a very light butter sauce on it instead of heavy mayo and it's $20 compared to $30 to $35 for the lobster rolls everywhere else in town. So I don't know why people are complaining about the prices here I find this place much less expensive than other places in town. The only issue I had was that I called an hour ahead to place my order since it's only pick-up. I told them exactly when I was going to be there and was there on time but my food was cold. The butter had hardened and fries were cold. I figured they would have planned the time better and had it nice and warm. They also didn't add utensils or napkins and I assumed that was in the bag so by the time I opened everything it was too late. Next time I won't call ahead. But will definitely be back!"

"New Year's Eve... we've made a call warrant. My husband picked up the order, the exit was very busy. The young lady wished my husband was happy a new year, and he told her it was his birthday. When we unpacked the food at home, we saw a dish was left. My husband went back to the restaurant where our real dish was waiting. They apologized very much, the waitress sang all the happy birthday to my husband and presented him with a bottle of wonderful Chianti!!!! With so many orders coming and going, I can still not believe that the young lady remembered my men's birthday!!! What a gracious thing to do!! We eat here very often because your food is excellent!!!! Best Auberginen parmigiana ever!!!!"
