"I've never treated a bunch like I did this day in my life. Ordnete fried shells I mean they charge more than Ossies, they were hard like rock and rough unable to even chew, so I cried and politely said who answered.. She said... in no way would I get a refund, has led me to be late 10 minutes and maybe I didn't go home and maybe I fell it??? In addition, I had to use laundry room and I was told that bc I did not feed in no i cant,i p... because of a disease. This place must be burdened with abuse. See the following pictures of the freezers burned shells I paid almost 20 dollars for. Then I received no excuse for the shame I had to go thru bc I was not allowed to use the laundry room and received an email and call you saying I would receive gift certificates, at least I thought to cover the cost Nope 15 worth. I couldn't eat it, it was rough and not edible and accused of falling it?? Really strange and the shame not to be able to control my intestine bc, was told me no I couldn't use washroom. It's all on the phone. Shame on the amount of yas, a customer for years. I'm not done yet."

"There were 7 of us looking to try their famous seafood chowder. What we received was a nice helping of fish and limited other seafood but in a broth of warm milk which had little flavor. After traveling up the New England coast and sampling various chowders, this didn 't cut the mustard. Would not recommend going out of your way for this experience"
