"ZERO STARS!! Stay away!! The owner was rushing me off the phone when trying to order steamed lobsters. When i went to pick them up he was drinking beer and doing tequila shots. He gave us LIVE lobsters and refused to cook them for us after HE messed up our order. Terrible business owner. We explained we are renting and don't have the supplies to cook 10 live lobsters and he continued to tell us we ordered wrong. How does he not fix HIS mistake after someone spends so much money?? Terrible business there are many other places to order lobsters from.. stay away from here!!!"

"This is probably the best fish restaurant in the area. Great prices, friendly staff and fast service. Make sure you try their New England style clam chowder, you will not regret it.. Note: Best cold lobster salad sandwich in Long Island (if made hot it would probably also be good)."

"The place for Lobster roles. Either in the traditional or hot lobster, you can't go wrong. The Clam Chowder and fish and chips were also really good. Really nice setting and service as well. Very recommended."

"This is a sad review to leave since we’ve loved Stuart’s for years. The new owners have just raised prices to where it’s crazy, steamers are $12 or more a pound? I can get two pounds of steamers in a restaurant for less than it would cost me to cook them myself. We’ll have to start shopping somewhere else for seafood."

"This is just the coolest place. When you drive up you'll wonder if you're in the right place you might say it's a bit weathered. But they have really great seafood at extremely reasonable prices and they're very lovely people. I picked up a load of oysters, a decent bag of scallops and some fresh as it could be striped bass and it cost no more than half what it would have cost me in Brooklyn. I was there off season and it wasn't so open a bunch of stuff was closed that I guess is available in summer but I'd go there at least weekly if I were living nearby. I wish there were more places like this."

"My wife and I were just recalling our great trip to Montauk Point Long Island and remembered our great afternoon at Cyril's. The man himself is an absolute riot, holding court at his VIP table; the day we were there the conversation turned to his days as a pub owner in Spain....I never laughed so hard in my life. We ended up at this table after an amazing meal of tender fried shrimp (the BIG ones, not the little ones we get in Key West), scallops and a great marinated skirt steak with an avocado sauce. Our waitress Valerie was as attentive as any we've ever had, and the food the same. Our BBCs (their signature drink) knocked us out of commission for the day, big and strong and sweet going down. Two is definitely too many and three is not enough, if you know what I mean! Our meals were served on paper plates but deserved the finest china and the bill was very reasonable. We ended up there all day, laughing with Cyril and his cronies and had the best time. It was the highlight of our vacation. I would recommend this place to everyone! And make sure to say hello to the pretty barmaids on the way in!"
