"The B L food never really disappoints, with a menu which honours the name and pretty self explanatory (the steamed lobster is my favourite! . This was my favourite Burger Lobster so far, as the restaurant is very spacious and on a Friday night we didn't have to queue for hours as usually happens in the other locations. A safe choice and good value, and the whole process of eating the lobster can be quite funny, so it's a nice place to bring friends over!"

"We skipped starters our mains came out very fast approx 5mins. It didn't seem like it was cooked fresh. Food tasted okay and no real issues. Portion size was small. Service was mixed and often very slow. We waited 20+ mins for someone...to clear the plates and to order more drinks etc. Nearby tables also struggled to get service. Drinks took a long time to come as they only had one person working the bar. Staff were all nice enough. Good location for nearby theatres."

"Hi, We`ve been advised by Marc E. (restaurant Manager) to share our feedback as it would be relevant for the team to learn from their mistake. Here we go. Sushi Samba is an amazing place for its venue and menu. We feel quiet privileged going in, enjoying an incredible view over the city of London. The service is however atrocious. We were missing two dishes and it went down ill from there. Had to show pictures (thankfully the plates looks superb so we took pictures), justify ourselves and argue. All members of our party work in catering industry and we know very well that sometimes mistake happens and we would have never been difficult about it. Insinuating that we are lying, and switching the error onto us is definitely another story. For such a unique and high standard restaurant like theirs, it is truly disheartening."

"We came here and had the Madhatters afternoon tea for a friend's babyshower and it was wonderful! The customer service and waitresses were so professional, explaining each dish and double checking for allergies. The venue itself was beautiful with lots of scenic spots for photos. Overall has a lovely time, thank you!"

"L'Escargot is a real treat and a Soho institution. As soon as you enter the restaurant, you know you are in a place that means business. It screams gentleman's club (in fact, there is a member's club upstairs) and has the solicitous service that you would expect from such a place. The food is classic stuff with a sniff of decadence risotto made with truffle, grilled lobster, chateaubriand.... It goes without saying that you should try the escargot. I had never had snails before so it made sense that my first experience should be in a place that is named after them. They were so delicious, rich with garlic butter and parsley. It's not particularly cheap, but they do offer a very reasonable pre- theatre menu if you want the experience at a bargain price.<br br/>I really recommend this restaurant if you want a special evening or if you just want a bite before the theatre. The food is excellent, as is the wine list, so you won't be disappointed."

"Excellent address. We go to Jikoni once a year and it never disappoints. Special mention to the tiger prawn moilee and the piña colada pancakes, they're always on the menu and a must. Also really enjoyed the caramelized moorish aubergine dish and the delicious corn frittata."

"Chinatown is a plethora for Chinese cooking and despite the original flair of every storefront, it does start to feel a bit homogenous. Its hard to know whats good and whats bad when it all starts to mould into the same. Joy King Lau has been around since the 90s and the name means a place where people can get together to eat eat and drink. It was most appropriate as a meeting ground for our little group catchup. One of the group had been before and said it was good. We ordered a mix of dim sum (dumplings, pork bun), sweet and sour pork 8.50) and the fried rice noodles 8). "Disappointing. Had the tasting menu and the food was forgettable at best. The service unfortunately wasn't much better. No menu provided, only told what was being put in front of us for half the courses. First drink arrived after finishing the course and no...one thought to ask how our meal was at the end, but that may be because my face and demeanour didn't hide my disappointment. May have been an off day or serving as I certainly don't understand the positive reviews after what I experienced"
