"Good food. Had a good meal at Charlie 's tonight. The Tom Yum Goong was spiced just right with great flavor. We also had Pad Saiu with mussels and Pad Talay Shrimp Mushroom. The Pad Saiu had a nice slightly sweet flavor and the Pad Talay was a tasty mix of vegetables in a good sauce. As with all of Charlie 's dishes you get to order light, medium or spicy. I am a fan of heat, but be warned spicy can light a fire!! Enjoy."

"5 plus plus plus stars!!! MAKE A RESERVATION and make sure you keep it! EXCELLENT food, outstanding wine list and what a great Prix Fixe Menu with so many wonderful and tasty choices! Annette took great care of us and we got to sit right next to the kitchen and watch the flames AMAZING!!!! Great setting and fresh food that feels like it?s prepared with the same care that your mom would take to feed you! It?s high on the list for wonderful!!!"

"An amazing restaurant with phenomenal views, service and most importantly, food. You'll need a reservation and it's pricier than other restaurants in the area but worth it for the views and the Manta viewing after sunset. (The Manta viewing is free, you don't actually need to pay for it). Our server was one of the best servers I've had at any restaurant ever. And the New York steak was the most tender steak I've had. It's sourced from the ranches right there on the Big Island. Extremely juicy and full of flavour."
