"The food and service was fantastic. I was already in her restaurant in middleburg before (loved it) and finally came to try the lansdowne. we started with the ratatouille pizza and one of my companions had the French wobble soup. I loved them both. I had the steak fries and it was fabulous. my companions had the laughs and the ducks and both shaved."

"This is a hidden gem. The place contains a certain duality that makes it precious. You can either sit outside on the terrace or inside in the small, intimate seat. Inside is not for large groups so if you there with many friends, make it a beautiful day .. They're sitting out there with a lot of space. The bartender is knowledgeable and can NOT help you in the menu.... And the location makes it perfect for people to laugh a loud laugh. Enjoy, be respectful, and you will experience one of the hidden gems that were recently opened in the area."

"It was just terrible. We won’t be back anytime soon. We were treated like the staff was annoyed that we were there. It took literally 30 minutes for us to even get a cocktail. My filet was overdone and dry. It was just so miserable we wont be back. So sad- we were so excited to have a reservation there and a night out!"

"Wegman's, quite the location for looking for auto parts and groceries, or whatever you want. But might I say Lucas Schriver, a cart assistant? He is quite the hoot! He gave me candies for free, he gave me an insight of his multiple accents, and he even gave me a bit of his local tongue, Danish. Lucas is quite the controversial young lad, he is a little too hyper (especially around me... ."

"We were looking for a place to grab a bite to eat while we were in the area to do some Christmas grocery shopping, and Firebirds fit the bill well. The interior feels very similar to a Clyde's or other upscale American cuisine restaurants in the DMV. They seemed a little hesitant to seat us at first since we didn't have a reservation- but frankly the place was barely half full when we left, so I could have done without that attitude. But our server was excellent once we got seated. The menu is also similar to a typical American restaurant. I went with the Durango burger, which was cooked medium rare just like I had asked for, and had a great mix of flavors with the chile and ranch. The fries on the side were decent. Overall a good option in the area for a semi-casual lunch or dinner."
