"The food was ok, but the young lady working the counter was more interested in closing tasks. We didn't realize they were closing in 20 minutes. 1st, she was reluctant in giving us cold mugs for the rootbeer and told us,ok but you have to put the mugs in the tub when your done. This was said in a tone that you might use with a disobedient child.As soon as we sat down with our food, she came by our table to ask if we had sauces because she was taking them because they were closing. Ok, I understand that. What I didn't understand was she closed and broke down the beverage station as well without saying anything so we were unable to get a refill. A man with his family at another table went up to the counter and asked if he could get her to refill his drink from the back since the station in the dining room was closed. She told him,very unapologetically, it's closed too. We shut them down at 5 minutes to closing. Well, I worked in restaurants for 25 years and I know she could have put a nozzle cap on and refilled his drink with very little trouble. Better yet, she could have let customers know that she needed to shut them down and given everyone a chance to get a refill. These people didn't realize it was closing time either. I like Long John Silvers but I will not be returning. I can spend my money somewhere that appreciates their customers. I know what it's like at the end of your shift and you're ready to go but her attitude was a problem. Don't go if it's close to closing time."

"Our server was great but the food was subpar.I ordered the shrimp scampi add chicken.Maybe im use to Red Lobster with their scampi being buttery and garlicky, but my scampi and Olive Garden was almost dry. The best part of my entree was the added chicken. The rest of our party was not happy with their food either. With every entree at or above $20, the food should be good..imoThe salad and bread sticks were pretty good but the Alfredo dipping sauce seems like it's changed in the last few years"

"Okay full disclosure; My brain was applied to Long John Silvers for the Lobster bits. I moved to Captain Dee's. My wife also wanted to try the lobster rolls. I have the grilled Talapia. Great food. The most outstanding was a young man who works there. He looked after his surroundings and used several ways to help his employees. When I went over the parking lot to the garbage containers and redirected to pick up a piece of garbage in the lot. I hope they know an estimated employee because they have one."
