"The restaurant can easily accommodate large groups. Decor is open; ceilings are high and deconstructed. Laid back atmosphere. Appetizers are good. Main courses were very good and portions very generous. Service was fast and efficient."

"We enjoyed a fun evening signing around the piano and dancing to live music at this 'old' restaurant that also serves great food. Jonathan's surprised us with great cuisine, wonderful service and a comfortable ambience. Perfect on a cold winter evening. Recommend the New York steak and frites which were perfectly done."

"Called ahead for reservation for 2 for our anniversary....told we had to be out in an hour because of a festival in area...server was absent the majority of time...no dessert menu - told to go look at desserts in the cooler in front...They seated each party right up against each other, when there were plenty of empty tables around.......really annoying and no reason for it...Food was average..had pizza, salad and grilled calamari...Calamari portion was TINY for $15...pizza was fine, salad was average...no dessert, since no dessert menu...they seemed to be completely overplaying this street festival and telling all clients how busy they were at 6 pm, but the place was not close to full...won't be back - tons of better options in area"

"The olives appetizer and calamari was delicious as was the tetrazzini! Everything came out hot and wasn't sitting in a window waiting to be transferred. The portions are are also very good. I have been before and will be back. Thank you to Craig and Steve for the great welcome and service!"

"Everything about our experience at Chop could not have been better. I called 10 minutes prior to confirm availability and the phone was answered by a real human, a good start! We entered the stunningly beautiful lobby and instantly I felt I was somewhere spectacular. We were greeted kindly and escorted through the lovely dining room to our table in a private, cozy corner. The seating was very inviting and comfortable. Even the bathrooms were gorgeous. I think our server's name was Maddie (pretty blonde woman with wavy hair) and she was fantastic, perfect in courtesy, performance, professionalism, and warmth. The food was absolutely perfect. I had the salmon and was very pleased. The dessert was delicious. We ordered the dessert trio and pineapple cake. My favorite was the creme brulee. We were also greeted during departure, leaving us with a very nice impression of this restaurant. We live an hour away but I'd love to come back some day! Thanks for a great evening!"
