"I always make sure to stop by Siam whenever I’m in Telluride. The pad see ew is vegan and it’s so good! The server did give me a heads up and let me know that the Pad Thai is *not* vegan because it contains fish sauce and shrimp paste. Just so you know!"

"Pricey prefix menu. Creole was the theme for the month. Food was very tasty and a few dishes definitely stood out but overall it was just above average and not worth the price. It was disappointing to pay the extra $50 for the wine pairing. Another couple at the table asked about the pairing descriptions and the server said, I have no idea, l 'm not drinking right now and that was that. No description to go along with each course. Not the kind of answer you want to hear when you are paying $300 for dinner for two."

"They just catered our wedding at the Beaumont in Ouray. The food was fantastic. Everything was as promised and we thought the pricing was very affordable. We went out on a limb and hired them over the phone. We were not disappointed. They were also extremely courteous and friendly. All of our guests enjoyed the menu. Thanks!"
