"La Casa de Don Cucho es un lugar muy agradable para compartir en familia un fin de semana. Desde la entrada uno se encuentra con objetos antiguos, libros de recetas, fotos y detalles que nos remontan a tiempos pasados. Es como entrar a una antigua hacienda.A pesar de que el local es enorme Don Cucho siempre se da tiempo para saludar a las personas que llegan y cocinar él mismo algunos platos.La atención es rápida y cordial, y la comida es buenísima.Recomiendo el ají de gallina, la causa rellena, el chicharrón de cerdo con camote frito y los picarones. En cuanto al lechón al cilindro: el cerdo es crocante y agradable, sin embargo no me gustó mucho su salsa porque es dulce y particularmente a mi no me gusta esa combinación. Sin embargo, creo que para las personas a las que les gusta la salsa tipo barbecue es una buena opción.En todos los casos las porciones son abundantes y definitivamente se pueden compartir. Otro punto a favor es que la carta ya está en un individual de papel que ponen en las mesas, de modo que es más rápido elegir y hacer la orden.Hay muchas áreas verdes para caminar y relajarse luego de comer. Además cuentan con un lugar para que los niños se diviertan.Buena relación calidad-precio."

"La Gloria del Campo is a restaurant in the countryside outside of Lima (Pachacamac). The specialty here is the suckling pig – make sure to reserve one when you make a reservation to avoid disappointment. The service can be a bit slow, but that’s common throughout Peru. Other than the suckling pig, any of the dishes with fresh vegetables and meats raised/cooked on site are great. The pisco sours are also excellent. The restaurant can be quite busy on the weekends, but not during the week when they have a more limited menu. Overall, this is a great spot for large groups and families."
