"This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star. Owner is extremely rude, horrendous service. If you have an allergy, he will not take out the item in the food. He would scream at you and tell you he won't serve you for requesting any changes or add ons. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS."

"Everything in store is great, however, it is not easy to find the location to park your vehicle.Food is delicious, full marinated meat tastes pretty soft and juicy.The grill is made by steel, not cast iron or the special surface. When you grill or barbecue, those sugar from marinated sauces will burn and stick on grill.This is the thing I really don’t like even waiters/waitress came to change very often."

"Food was fairly good,have to ask for more water and napkins there were six people ordered 3 $28..00 and ordered 3 $18.99,my wife went to pay bill was charged the full price for all the food argued but was told chef put in crab in all the food,got charged for all."

"Super tender hainanese chicken, really rich and creamy chicken curry and nice spicy flavourful laksa especially for the price. Don’t sleep on this. Also a big fan of their lychee fruit tea. So refreshing"

"The customer service here is horrid. First time, while I was ordering, I paid and then noticed a rewards card. I asked the girl if I can start collecting points. She said yes, just grab the card sitting on the counter. I pick it up and I asked if I received the points. She said yes. I asked how do I get points if she never even physically touched the card and all I did is was grab it off the stand on the counter? She stares at me for 2 seconds, grabs the card in my hand and passes it through a machine or something , hands it back to me. Done. Second time. I order a juice and it 's busy. Learn this from me, people. Stand in the front and watch. As I am watching the girl make my juice, she picks up a carrot and drops it onto the floor. I see her pick it up and I yelled out, you 're not going to use that, are you? She freezes, turns around and replies, no . She then gives it a quick, superficial rinse, and throws it into another bucket. Nope. Next time I want juice, it 's not going to be from this place."

"One my first visit, we had a reservation for 12 noon but they did seat us until 12:45. We ordered within 10 minutes but it took 35 minutes for our first plates to arrive.On my second visit, it was for 12:30 and they sat us at 12:50. The food is okay, nothing special, but the service isn't the best. If you're passing by and it's dead inside, go on. But if it's even half full, go someplace else.The only great thing is location. Since it's in Metrotown, it's easy for everyone to meet."
