"The bartender was more interested in talking to her friends and taking shots with her friends than tending to anyone else. She made eye contact but didn’t even come over. She just kept talking. Never had an issue until tonight. She didn’t care about anyone else in the bar besides her locals and friends. I held money in the air and she locked eyes with us but never came over. We were there for over 2 hours and only got 2 drinks because she didn’t pay any attention to anyone else besides her friends. There was A big group of people who left because she wouldn’t serve anyone unless she was taking shots with her locals/ friends. Never had an issue until tonight. It was not nice and very selfish if the bartender cares more about her friends than anyone else in the bar. Bad service tonight even though she noticed us, didn’t even come back and check on us. This was the worst service we’ve ever had there. I do not recommend. I know you have friends and locals but to the point where you don’t serve anyone else or even come around to check on anyone and to the point where people left because they couldn’t get any service is just plain ridiculous. We had to go to the outside bar just to get a drink."

"I actually used to work here as a waitress about 10 years ago and always loved their food . . . I decided to treat my brother and his wife to dinner last night and the beer, food, and service did not disappoint! My brother had the Salmon on top of a bed of quinoa and he said it was really good. We also ordered the cheese curds which are hands down the best I have ever had; not to mention their sweet potato fries are exceptional. I cannot recommend this place enough as it’s quality is hard to come by."

"Im usually a fan of this place, but for some reason what I ordered i ended up with random pieces of other pastas in my pasta and random veggies that weren't supposed to be in my dish, im guessing just a mix up or being all cooked in same area?? Ill probably go again someday but not my absolute fave chain."

"Really disappointed. We are from out of town and wanted to experience something good and the only thing good about this place was the building. Very cool decor. We ordered cheese curds as appetizer and they flew out of the kitchen so fast some of them had frozen bits in the middle yet, my husband's burger was a greasy mess, and my tuna steak was ice cold as if it just came out of the fridge. I asked for rare, not raw sushi. Even my veggies were tepid. And the waitress was standing around chatting with door dash customers on the other side of the restaurant after bringing my food, so after 10 minutes of waiting I had to flag down the busser and ask her to retrieve the waitress. Somehow there were onions in my cottage cheese also. My husband was done eating by the time i got my replacement food. For $50 we were not impressed at all. She took nothing off the bill for the inconvenience either. Maybe instead of focusing on your door dash orders so much, you should pay more attention to your sit down customers, quality will make or break a business."
