Wilder's has really delicious ribs with exclusive sides. The ribs are a great value because you get a hearty (copper and half) rack, accompanied by considerable portions of Mac and cheese with Cole Slav and garlic toast. They also offer a double rack, but this is just crazy conversation. We were filled well after we had eaten the single. We also enjoyed the roasted okra appetizer. We are staying in Appleton this weekend. We were looking for a place to dine. My wife read the reviews for Wilders Cutting Edge Bistro and they warranted us to give them a shot. From the time we walked in the door with the Hostess Amanda’s cheery greeting to being served by EAnn the experience was wonderful. E Ann was very knowledgeable about the drink and entree menu. He was very engaging and always showed up at the our table. As one who is in the Restaurant industry they did an amazing job with quality and portion size. Kudos to the entire staff for being on point. Thank you for a wonderful experience gang. Service was great, restaurant was nice and clean, food was delicious! I'd come back if I visit Appleton again. Even some menu items that seemed a bit strange were amazing.
