"Steve, the waiter, aw well as the other wait staff were very attentive. Food was very good, esp the mac and cheese and the steak tartare. The short rib presentation was a bit over the top, but the rack of lamb was done perfectly. Valet parking was $9.00"

"You should stop offering Curbside pickup because they never bring it out. That's the second time it happened. Another car and I waited for over 15 minutes and when we finally decided to go to dinner was ready on the counter for a while and nobody told us. I will no longer take myself from them and encourage others to go elsewhere. Not to mention that last time I sat in me, we sat and forget about 35 minutes until a manager came and apologized. Please do better because the food is really delicious."

"Today me and my husband visited the Hartford location and we were immediately greeted by Kevin, the assistant manager. He was warm, friendly and extremely helpful. He provided thorough explanations of what we asked about, and he took the time without rushing us in any way. He had a genuine desire to give us a great experience. We also encountered a woman working on the food line named Bree. She was wonderful. She smiled at us and was also very helpful during the entire ordering process. These are the encounters and customer service experiences that give me faith and hope that it still exists out there. I am hoping that each and every employee will take notice of their behaviors and learn to be how they are, to provide the customers with a wonderful experience, on top of the food always being impeccable. We were very satisfied with our visit today."

"Excellent service, Sierra was amazing!!! Drinks were really good, strong enough and not so sweet (skinny piña colada). The food came in less than 5 minutes, we ordered a combo (fangs, ribs and brisket) with corn bread, everything was delicious, only corn bread in my opinion was not the best, but everything was great, I love how it was decorated and even the survey had a touch."
