"The short story: The food is good, but the service is the worst I 've ever received. I like eating here, but until the service is remedied I am going to be telling people to avoid it. The long story: Having a group of people over today, I was calling the order in and my girlfriend was picking it up on her way from home so I could keep working on something at home. She called early to verify they 'd be open until seven so she could swing by at 6:30. They verified. Around5:30 I tried to call the order in, called multiple times with no answer (voicemail also does not identify the business). Put down what I am working on and drive by because I know they frequently close earlier than their posted hours. WhenI got there they told me they weren 't answering my phone call because they girl at the counter was avoiding someone with the same first name. They were also in the process of closing the store despite it being six and my girlfriend callingin to verify how long they 'd be open earlier that day. Got my food, was not even told Sorry about that for screening my calls."

"I have been a regular customer of BBC for about 2 years and have always loved the ambiance, service, and food choices. We typically sit in the bar area, but because we had another guest with us, we decided to sit at a table. Although the food this time was fine (we opted for pizza and salad), our service was disappointing from the beginning which made our experience not as pleasurable. Our waitress seemed very sweet but was definitely not knowledgeable of the menu, timing, or explaining drink/food choices. But we were patient because perhaps she was new at the job. We sat at our table longer than usual for someone to greet us and once she did arrive and we were asking questions, she kept trying to walk away. The restaurant was busy but not overbooked so we felt rushed and not properly waited on. Here is an example, we ordered two glasses of wine one cabernet and one rose. I asked for the house cabernet which is the obvious lowest costing choice, but when the check arrived, I was charged for a more expensive cabernet and at a different level size (the restaurant has 3 wine size choices). The waitress should have asked what size wine we wanted, but since she didn 't, we were both charged the mid size level. The mid size wine is probably customary, but we always choose the smallest size. Since we had questioned a few things with the waitress throughout our dinner, I opted to not bring up the wine charges and we just paid and left. I will be back because I do like to atmosphere, but I will stick with sitting in the bar area."
