"Best customer service. We were half an hour late because we went to the wrong Panera then had to pick it up through the drive thru because we are immunocompromised and despite us accidentally ordering pick up in store they let us get it through the drive thru. This is our new regular Panera. Thank you guys for this incredible service. The name of the woman who helped us is Brianna! She deserves a raise."

"There are no words to describe the incredible food and service I got while dining at The One and Only! I honestly don't even know why I'd ever want to try another BBQ restaurant! The Jumbo Chicken is moist and it's real BBQ not baked with sauce on it. The MAC and CHEESE I can't even begin I've been waiting on a side like you to come into my Life. The deviled eggs better than my grandmas and I thought no one could top that! All I can say is go out your way cancel your plans and get to this great Place! When you dine in ask for the one and only Reggie what great service! Being from Cincinnati I will make this a destination for years to come."

"Friendly environment. Too much on the menu. I suggest having a different menu each day of the week. Turkey legs are delicious. Sides are to blend. That way the cook can better focus on the seasoning for her sides and the food will be fresher. Ofcourse Turkey legs should be on the menu everything. New business. I will be back."
