"My wife surprised me for my birthday and reserved 10/9 for dinner. This was the first time dining at this establishment and we were very pleased! We started off with a bottle of sparkling Pelligrino and my wife had a Kentucky honey cocktail which she enjoyed. I asked for 2 beers on the menu but they came back twice to inform out of stock of both. The remaining beers were Heineken and Corona which are very mainstream and I do not enjoy so asked for Bullitt Bourbon on the rocks, can't go wrong with this. They brought out fresh bread with an olive spread that was delicous. For starters we ordered the charred octopus with red wine dressing, arugula, roasted peppers and capers. It was so good and charred, we wanted to reorder. Next, we ordered the steak tartare which was a first for me as I was feeling adventurous. It was incredible and would order again!! It is dry aged sirloin, a Dijon mustard and scallion oil with szechuan pepper and a tiny quail egg for richness. We also ordered a 1/2 dozen of east coast oysters and it was also incredible. Came with the typical cocktail sauce, horseradish, Worcestershire and lemon wedges. The main course was the porterhouse for 2 which we ordered medium. From experience in other steakhouses, you order medium and it comes medium rare which was the case here but no complaints. Quality of beef outstanding! We ordered the truffle fries and asparagus to accompany the steak and enjoyed tremendously! Besides the 2 selections of beer I really wanted not being stocked, it's a 5 star establishment."

"This place has amazing cocktails and good food. A huge differentiator is that this place will not slow down your party. It’s a bar with good food instead of a restaurant with good drinks in my book (maybe they don’t want to hear that). The outdoor space is great. A must see."

"I only ordered a spicy chicken empanada and I was happy with it, I regretted not ordering two. I didn’t want to order another one because they do take quite a bit to get your order out. I noticed a bunch of customers following up on their orders. Cleanliness was sorta acceptable. Customer service was fine. For the amount I paid in relation to how good the empanada I had, I think it’s worth going back."

"Cute little food cart in the heart of Astoria. Ordered the stacked mac and the Which Came First. There was a group of people before us who had told us the portions were huge and that it's easily shareable between two people. But me and my brother wanted to try both the chicken waffle sandwich and the mac. Which was a BIG mistake. Only because it was sooo much food. I was full off of half the waffle sandwich. This sandwich is a heavy choice. Actually everything on this menu is pretty heavy so be prepared to eat and bring some friends. A good price for a good amount of food. The mac and cheese was okay. I'm not sure I'd order it again if I'm being honest. Not my cup of tea but to each their own. Jordan was awesome though. Super friendly and helpful. I would go there again just to get stellar service from Jordan again!"

"Had a great time, came to the midday to celebrate the birthday of my daughter. they were very attentive and everything tasted great. the prices are not too high and eating is quite hearty. they even have a free game arcade setup. the milkshakes are a wonder to see and order, they even had someone go outside and go to get fresh donuts to complete the concoction. I cannot recommend them enough if they are in the opposite for something and treat themselves."
