"We had not been in a restaurant since the pandemic. We felt very safe eating here. All of the staff were masked, customers were spaced appropriately and there were plexiglass panels between tables. The food and the service were excellent"

"We’ve been here a bunch of times als always love it. They’ve worked out their early service issues and do a good job now at least on the floor. Don’t bother calling to reserve because they don’t answer the phone. This time I made a reservation for two lanes on open table for two hours each. A couple hours before the reservation they left me a voicemail saying they’d overbooked and we’re reducing our time to an hour and a half. After our hour and a half was up we consolidated to one lane and played until the next reservation arrived, which was fine, but the lane we moved off of remained empty for an hour after we vacated it, which was frustrating. Had a great time, it’s a great place. We would have stayed longer if they hadn’t overbooked"

"I’m completely blown away with every single detail with this restaurant. Let me start if by saying how incredible our service was, our server Erewyn was super professional and very polite even chatting with us on a personal level making our experience very pleasant. As we ate our food I almost cried because everything was prepared perfectly and it was OMG delicious. While we were waiting for our dessert “crème brûlée” sorry no picture because it delish Charlie Palmer came to our table to greet us asking how our food was with a huge smile! I selfishly asked for a picture which he agreed to! We loved our visit and appreciate everything."

"Well I must say this was the most expensive dinner for 3 people I have ever had !!! not that I couldn't afford it, but I do feel it was not worth the price. All the food we ordered was just plan to me nothing special or really tasty. There was nothing special about this place and I didn't feel special even the food didn't look special, I wish I was wowed, but never got that feeling even from the people that worked there. I do plan on taking more friends for dinner there again and hope I have a better dining experience, after all,,, it's still says Ruth's Chris Steak House above the door."

"It was difficult for me to enjoy after the Host (older white gentleman) was very rude to me. A tall then black gentleman rescued the situation. He attacked me for visiting with friends that were already seated in the bar area and not ordering. Likely, won’t be back."

"Wow?. First time to eat here was soooo good. Dog had a great snap to it and chili was yummy. The best part was the potato salad?. Omg?. It was just like my mom used to make!! The service and the owner and employees were all really friendly. I willdefinitely be back!"

"We had great service, great food and a wonderful experience here. We started with the caprese bruschetta and it was delicious. I wish there were more of us because the have so many appetizers that looked so good! I ordered the elk medallion, my wife ordered the chicken piccata. One child had noodles while the other had a cheese sandwich. Everything had great flavor and was well balanced with no flavor overpowering the dishes. This restaurant has great value and we would visit here again without hesitation."

"I took my friend for my birthday tonight. I had been there with a friend as an incentive for the moment, and once again with my father to Father's Day. Charlie Palmer brought a game tonight. The entire staff was on the point of the person who gives you water and bread Travis, to the wonderful people who come and pass to help clear your table as you go, Jacob, who packaged our orders, and of course our beautiful servers Mona. We started with cocktails I had the S5 that was positive. It's like a tired strawberry vodka-based drink served in a chic martini glass, my friend had the corpse maker who has a drop of absinthe. For appetizers we enjoyed the Scallops, the schishito Paprika and oysters Rockefeller. All three were a piece of heaven and completely divine. We didn't know what to expect from the schishito paprika, but we were pleasantly surprised when they cooked very tastefully to perfection and not too sharp on the mouth. For our duck and sides we shared a 16 oz ribeye steak, 1 lb of king crab legs, baked potato, potatoes Au Gratin, framed spinach and mushroom Medley. We asked for the medium of rarity and stain on medium rarely came and melt well in your mouth. We had it with sauces chimichurri and creamy horseradish. For dessert we ordered the Lemonenmeyer cheesecake and because it was my friend's birthday, we were surprised with a small piece of birthday red velvet cake. Everything was really extraordinary taste profile wise. The only thing I probably wouldn't order again is the framed spinach. It's not terrible that I prefer the ones I make myself more. And there are so many delicious things to eat here, why not choose something I really find exceptional. To clean our pallets, we were supplied a piece of dark chocolate. It was so smooth and creamy and decadent. This is definitely a pricier meal in Reno but good the money and quality of foods and regarding the portions you receive along with the beauty of the coating."
