"Been coming here for a while and it's usually hit and miss but this time I had rotten ribs in one of my plates. I ordered 2 specials and I smelled it once I got in and opened the bag so I know he could smell it when he took it off the grill and cut it and put it in my plate. I'm happy my son didn't get to the plate before me."

"For several months I have coordinated two groups dining at Glory Days Grill on Capital Circle NE, Tall., Fl. Steven and Mary (managers) have been excellent to plan our groups meetings thru.One group is several retired Law Enforcement officers, where we have a program most meetings. The serving staff has been great to coordinate with and the food is excellent, delivered timely too.Our other group is several classic vehicle owners who like to arrive and park together, then dine while sharing vehicle stories. Again Glory Days staff does an excellent job of delivering delicious food within a timely basis.I commend Steven and Mary for running such an excellent dining facility and enjoyable experience!!!!"

"1st time visiting this restaurant. Wife and I got two 3 meat plates and because of a Facebook deal got 6 free wings. We got mild wings with blue cheese. Wife got brisket, pulled pork, and smoked sausage. I got brisket, chicken, and smoked sausage. The food was pretty tasty. Brisket is a tad dry but flavorful, and you get plenty of it. Chicken was moist and well seasoned. The sausage was very good and had a mild spice to it. The wings were delicious and the sauce was good. Sides were well made and the collard greens were probably the best item we had. Would definitely try this place if you could. Docked one star as the food came out a tad cool but not cold enough to complain at the time, and to be fair this was the only thing we could even complain about at all."

"Food was cold, I worse Mac and cheese I’ve ever had. I’ve eaten at this place in Alabama and was so much better. I guess we caught them at a bad time because we couldn’t even get real Texas toast! The ribs and chicken had been under the heat lamp to long, at least throw some water on it, something. Barbeque sauce tasted like straight hot sauce. This Really messed up this place legacy with this horrible tasting food. I was expecting more from this place"

"Pulled pork soft tacos (3 of them) with a spicy Mac n cheese and crunchy apple cider vinegar very light mayo slaw. I am from San Francisco and seek out cool BBQ when traveling. Nicest quick lunch I have had in a long time. Mark, the owner, makes everything from scratch including his own dried chili?s for seasoning. Great flavor chemistry ratios (savory spicy lightly sweet). Mark gets it. Easy off I-10 and parking area too. I have star?d this in google maps to hopefully stop again someday. Just great. January 2022 update: stopped again. Great spicy Mac n cheese topped with rib meat. Crazy good. Thanks Mark!"

"Speer it is a restaurant located directly at the campus of the florida state university, which serves a lot of American plates. this restaurant feels like it is a part of the campus because it is decorated with aspekten der fsu culture. when they go in them know that there is a funny place to eat. if they are looking for a teller to please everyone at the table, the beer cheese and speckfries will make the job. with about a French fries that were crushed in their four cheese mix, speck and bee cheese, they know that they cannot go wrong with this plate. it was swallowed within seconds, before our eyes disappeared! for the main dishes we had a chicken tender plate with crispy mac and fries, a shrimp bowl and two chicken bowls. the chicken tender plate had a large amount of food, which for how much it cost. the offers were crispy and the meat was juicy. the crispy mac and cheese was very good, but after a few bites it felt very hard. the garnel bowl perfectly combines many different aromas that complement each other very well. the Sriracha sauce served with it filled quite a stamp, but it was well paired with the simple rice. the garnels were tender and very well seasoned. the chickens were cooked and seasoned for perfection. the possibility of a bowl at spear it is great because it allows for a customizable taste experience. we finished with the donuts and coffee whipped cream dessert. the donuts were crispy outside, but inside fluffy and hot served. the coffee whipped cream was boring and had a strange taste, without coffee taste until the end of the bite. the donuts were better dipped into the caramel or chocolate sauces, which were also provided with the dish. all this trip to spear it was awesome. the Ex-SpearIt-ence was one we always have to come back! -bradley and charles, two friends who like to eat!"
