"I've always wanted to try this place since it opened just haven't had the time until today, unfortunately I should've listened to the bad reviews. When I first entered I said hello and was not greeted but there was a friendly man on his way out that did say hello. I ordered the BBQ chicken, collard greens, yams, and a fish sandwich, the food wasn't very hot it was lukewarm. The chicken's was very dry like it was heated up and served, the greens I could definitely tell they were from out of the can 100%, and the yams weren't too bad. The fish on the fish sandwich did still have the tail and scales on it and wasn't seasoned at all. I really wish that my experience was better but unfortunately I will not be back."

"So let me tell you, we rolled the dice as we always do when coming to NY as we live in Maryland. First time staying in Dobbs Ferry and I asked Yelp for a recommendation for dinner and here we were at Off The Hook in Yonkers. We walked in a little early with no one in there. The hostess/waitress walked out and here comes the warmth!!! Khalina (forgive me if this isn 't the correct spelling) was the absolute sweetest. Then came the food!!!! Lawddddd that snapper snapped. The fish was fishin and hitting. We were the only two in the restaurant BUT I 'm still licking my fingers!!! The food is DELISH!! Go and see then."

"I can't add photos because we ate the food too fast!!! Best BBQ in Yonkers hands down! You know how little kids rake a bit of your food and run around? My baby stayed hovering over my plate till the last bite!!! Got the Pulled Pork sandwich and the BBQ ribs, try this place out!!! Kid-friendliness: Spacious and has baby chairs and kids meals."

"Saw at the bar to eat during 1 of the best BBall games. Had a strong margarita, the best bacon Mac n cheese Asian chicken wings I was told were sweeter than spicy they were hot as hell to me. It was a good meal."

"Recently renamed “The Pub”, there is less on the menu, but still a rather decent selection for Pub Grub! The fries here are what we come back, they are so fresh and crispy! Everything else is wiser, but is quite average. We came during a busy lunch hour and many drinks of customers were forgotten, wrong food orders etc. and our poor waiter ran all over the place. The star of our experience, however, was Maitre Nohar, the super friendly and sweet buser who went out their way to help the waiter and do their best to help all customers. We could see that she really goes beyond and beyond her own task to make sure we were happy. Give this lady an increase!"
