"On the cold diary March Sunday for lunch. Had a half rack (on special) for $14, a dry grated version, so I could try each of the three BBQ sauces. Duck Fries are great, but not worth the extra $2 charge. Macaroni and cheese were quite amazing. Pork ribs couldn't even keep on the bones. Great service, almost to the place for ourselves. If you want to focus on BBQ and not a place that generalizes on a broader offer, this is your place."

"I would not recommend this restaurant. the service was terrible. we sat 10 minutes before the waitress ever brought us water (that should have been a sign that we should go.) we stayed because the menu looks good. when they brought the water, we ordered our drinks that lasted another 10 minutes to come and someone else brought them to us, and then we had to fly our waitress to order our food. that came and was mediocre. my grouper had such a fish taste that I couldn't eat everything. my man said the garnel are not fresh. the waitress never checked us again after eating. please don't waste her money here."

"We have read that the lines here can be quite long, so in an attempt to beat the lunch break, my friends and I went shortly after the opening at 11:15 on Monday. There were already a few people eating there, and after we had set ourselves to eat, the line already started form and it wasn't even lunch. You order at the counter, get a table and someone will come, put a few papers on your table and clean for you when you? I'm done. You can order as much or as little as you want as they go after weight. I really liked this because we all wanted to try a little of everything, so we literally got only 3 slices of brisket, two ribs, the Texas hot intestinal sausage, green chili corn pudding and some crowned greens. The meat comes with the sides of the pimples and well-kept onions. My darling was the bride. It was so tender. The pickles also really help to cut some of the smokiness. I wasn't a big fan of pudding, but I think it was more a texture for me. There are three types of sauces that you can also help yourself and I think I remember that the green is my favorite. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a good grill in Charleston!"

"Good restaurant • Food is very tasty. The only problem I have with these types of restaurant is they try to please everyone, vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters. I can understand vegan/vegetarian restaurant, but when you have meat products on your menu, for me this is considered a regular restaurant with vegan/vegetarian options and not a vegan/vegetarian restaurant. Staff is friendly, food is delicious. Very small and can get very crowded with just a few people in restaurant."
