"I went on a Wednesday afternoon about 3 p.m. The person, Henry, that took my order at the drive-thru was really rude and abrupt. Even though the drive-thru wasn't busy he seemed to want to finish taking the order right away. He didn't offer to upsize my combo to a large which I did after he gave me a total. At the drive-thru window I received my food and drink but had to ask for my receipt. The reason I wanted a receipt was so I could leave a negative review on the survey. It may be just me but I have a feeling that he wanted to keep receipts away from customers so they wouldn't give negative feedback on surveys. Henry wasn't wearing a name tag either and I got his name off the receipt. He seems very unfriendly and really shouldn't be taking orders from the drive-thru window. Henry doesn't deserve a raise in my opinion and I wouldn't promote him if I was the manager. He seemed very unfriendly, didn't smile, and didn't make me feel welcomed or wanted to be there."

"Robert Earl's took me out of this world on my tastebuds! So delicious! I loved the beef ribs!! Had so much meat on from your usual you see at the grocery store. I got the beef lovers and mini tex. All meats were delicious!! Definitely recommend this place. I've driven by so many times since I live literally 10 mins away. I thought it was just other bbq place since the ones I've been to weren't so good and made me stop looking for good real bbq. I will definitely visit this place again before my move back east. I'm sad I didn't come sooner and give them a try! Thanks for the wonderful lunch today!! Thanks to Kevin at the front counter taking orders too! He was very hospitable and coincidentally he mentioned North Carolina when he spoke of how bbq is done back east when I told him we came from there...and we really were from NC."

"Lucille is a great option for BBQ lovers. The restaurant is quite large and has a quite festive atmosphere. When I left, it was packed with people everywhere. There is a bar area where you can eat BBQ while watching the TV and drinking some beer. In my opinion, the atmosphere as a whole is very beautiful. Even though there were many people, the turnover rate was fast due to the great amount of people and the speed they deliver for you. The menu offers a wide range of BBQ related foods. It makes me happy to see a place that has south fried chicken, gumbo, ribs, tri-tip, brisket, steak, salads with BBQ meat in it, and many other treats. I ordered the BBQ ribs (natural and it was quite delicious. It comes with two sides, from which I got creamy cheeses and macaroni and cheese. They accidentally gave me garlic potatoes instead of Mac and cheese, but they compensated for it by giving me fast as I had to hold the potato. But it wasn't really important because the Mac and the cheese weren't too big. But the potatoes were delicious, and the Gries were indeed gritty. The salads looked sweet because it has many meat and onion rings over it. The restaurant seems very difficult to try to satisfy the customers. They do this through generous portions, fast service (food come like 5 minutes or less I think!) and attention to small details. For example, they offer Lollipops free to eat during waiting, have glasses as cups, etc. The food is a bit expensive, so you better get a nice watt of cash. A 4.5-star restaurant."

"My husband and I wanted to try this place since it opened. Finally, we got to try it today!The prices are more than what we usually pay for good BBQ, elsewhere. The reviews were so good that we were excited to eat there. The Mac and cheese has too much pepper, the BBQ beans had too much pepper and bones (don't slurp them). We got 1lb of Brisket, and it wasn't tender, and the worst part is that it left an after taste in our mouths. We left all our food, and are very disappointed in the taste. I love supporting small business and I know I shouldn't feel bad for leaving an honest review. This wasn't for our taste pallet, but maybe it's good for others."

"VEGAN HIDDEN GEM We decided to go here not much expect and oh my gosh I cannot believe this place! The Umami in all flavors of EVERY dish were amazing. One can say that a culinary genius has handmade these complex dishes. The Shiiitakes mushrooms and cauliflower pizza were for dying! Will be absolutely back. Also bonus they pay all employees a living wage and also very inclusive, gender-neutral bath, pride flag!"

"Good place to dine at. The food and service is always awesome. I usually take my mom here. She and my pop's would go here a lot. You get a lot of food that is very tasty. A nice meal to get would be the catfish. Get the extra piece. One fried and one blackened. Get eggs and the potatoes. And get the French toast. You will be taking half of your meal home. You will love it."

"First Elijah or Server was the only reason I give a 2. She was brilliant and deserves five stars as for the restaurant. My first impression of running in the door was the smell terrible. It melts old and sweet. Like the place has to be blasted. Now for dinner. My salad was good up until I got down and it was confused. The steak was cow silk. Both steaks were terrible.
