"We have been coming to Las Adelitas for quite a few years and it has never disappointed us. Love the for ribs, service and atmosphere. We loved singing along with the gentleman on guitar especially the Elvis songs. The beer is always cold...and ribs are great. See you next year."

"Let’s start with the good. Service was great. Employees are extremely friendly and welcoming. Now, the food. Not so good. Shrimp still had THAT vein in them and were only grilled on one side. Fish did not have a lot of flavor and the prices...were on the high side. So many choice of places to eat at the Mariana, this place has to do better. Overall, average at best."

"The highly anticipated Prime Rib Night - a first at Mordidas and under the auspices of Roger of Alaska Diner fame went off without a hitch and the slow roasted Prime Rib came out perfect - medium rare or a tad bit more if you asked. Tender and flavourful - accompanied by a brilliant cob of yellow corn and mashed spuds and a delightful gravy - perfect for us on a night with heathy appetites. We had several of the house Sangrias - tasty, well blended albeit a tad on the sweet side. The house made brownie awash in chocolate sauce, cream and cherries and accompanied by a coffee was a perfect end to this meal. Recommended. So nice to see Roger doing what he loves - and as he says that's what his cooking is all about."

"A great place for a late lunch in a typical Mexican Campestre style restaurant. The ribs are the best in Vallarta; order the whole slab. Excellent cole slaw and beans. Ask for the french fries on the side. Reasonable prices."
