"My man and I were encouraged to eat when a young woman approached us when we left the termas of cacheuta. the veggie-skewer sounded and we took them up. first we had to help with menus. second, the waiter, has always been to make our order. he was either new, at a distance or simply incapable. we order the spits, a mixed salad and an orange juice. he forgot to submit our order. we waited 45 minutes before we ask our meal despite half dozens and countless other orders filled for customers arriving after us, many orders a mixed grill. They didn't even bring us brot, salat or juice, despite numerous requests for Spanish! when we were finally served, nobody bothered to ask how it was or whether we needed anything else. it took a while to get the bill, then, again, waited 5-10 more minutes for the change. terrible service! the only reason I rated her bad was that eating was good. but it is not easy after such a miserable service."
