"Great place to eat/have drinks at especially when you're with a big group. <br> <br> Had lunch here with my officemates during one stressful week. There were 8 of us so we ordered two orders each of the Sisig, Pancit Canton and Pork Sinigang, a cup each of plain rice and desserts. The Pancit was a bit lacking in flavor and the veggies were a bit soggy. Not sure if they blanch the veggies, but they should, so that the veggies will turn out fresh and crisp. The Sisig was delicious; now one of my favorites. I'm not sure what the crunchy ingredient was but I think it was chicharon. No matter what it was, it tasted amazing. The serving was generous and they didn't drown it with piles of shredded onions to make up for the space. The sinigang was also very good; although I would like it if they add more meat in it (not just 4 piesces per bowl). <br> <br> Would definitely come back. 4.5 stars."

"Buffet at Alex III tonight... I haven't visited this restaurant in ages and I must say that some of it's charm has faded through the years... The hosptality of the staff remains the same by comparison... We had many dishes to choose from and I started with some of their maki. It was a little odd to see that on the menu of a Filipino restaurant, but theirs were okay. I also tried their house salad which I did like having a lot of fruits mixed in. The rest were viands which I did enjoy lapu lapu with garlic sauce, sotanghon guisado, pork belly in mushroom sauce, and the lechon de leche as pictured. I didn't like the beef shortribs kare kare that much, just because I prefer that thick peanut sauce. But I think their chicken barbecue is really good and they maintained the quality all these years. Really one of their best dishes. I did have to skip dessert because I was too full already. Btw, the garlic coated peanuts are pretty addicting!"

"Service is ok (friendly and quick).<br> Ambience is average.<br> Price is reasonable.<br> First time to try eating here.<br> My friend ordered beef ramen (i tasted it and masarap naman)<br> BUT the food I ordered, gyudon (beef rice bowl), was disappointing :(<br> The serving was big for a P130 meal so I was excited to eat but the beef tasted weird (like I was chewing pork liver) and it was matigas (sumakit ngipin ko). I even ask the waitress if gyudon ba yung nabigay sa akin since first time ko rin kumain ng gyudon na beef chunks instead of the usual thinly sliced beef for a gyudon that I know of. I just ate the rice and egg, leaving the beef chunks. :("

"Sometimes, our food choices are determined by the limitations to our time and funds.  One such instance drove me and a friend to have lunch at the nearby branch of Ersao. Ersao is a Taiwanese restaurant offering affordably priced snacks and side dishes, rice toppings and hot noodle dishes.  As we have meetings before and after our lunch break, a friend and I opted to get a quick and affordable meal at Ersao at M Place which is within walking distance from our office building."

"Located at the edge of UP Diliman's Technohub, at Microtel, it is surprising that the BPO foodies have not discovered Millie's All Day Dining yet. While the inside looks rather generic, the food is anything but. The ones we tasted were well made and tasted the way they should be - classic and on point. Where most restaurants go for fusion cuisine or have adapted their flavors for the market, Millie's food stays true to the dishes' roots.&nbsp;<br> <br> To start, the pumpkin soup was creamy and you could tell that no extenders were used. The best dish we had and Millie's hidden jewel is the Burrata Caprese, usually made with cheese (the burrata - made with mozzarella and cream), tomatoes, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.&nbsp;<br> <br> Millie's best seller is their baby back ribs (half slab) and it's easy to see why. The ribs are tender and seasoned just right. The Hainanese chicken was also tender with the sauces enhancing its flavors. Millie's also has really good seafood dishes - al... <a class="read-more" href="#">read more</a>"

"My friend and I finally decided to give this a try since we searched for our classes according to our classes. We ordered "Steak Rice" and "Alo Keema" with Peeta. They described the steak circuit as a meal with soup, but no soup came :( They also forgot to serve the Keema for my friend, so I was finished with the food at this time, and the chef actually cooked their food instead of ours :( was really disappointed, the steak rice was just an omelette with crushed beef, missing to aroma, so I just put a lot of garlic and chillis sauce. The Keema has tasted. Good, but my BF was really angry when we were haysus had to eat :("

"I always loved The Old Spaghetti House, and I am so happy that they have a branch at Cubao which is very near to my office. <br> <br> Located at Ali Mall Cubao, the TOSH branch is very small yet very cozy. One lunch break, I decided to eat with my co-worker at TOSH. Since our office is located at Gateway, we need to walk for 10mins for us to reach Ali Mall. Good thing the resto was well ventilated so it was a good relief for us walking outside. <br> <br> As usual, I ordered my favorite Golden Crusted Chicken Ham<br> and Cheese with Angel Hair Pomodoro (P220) which resembles a ham and cheese empanada with pasta on the side. The crusted chicken was large and crispy and served with gravy sauce. I love how perfectly cooked the pasta was and how tasty it is witj the red sauce toppings. I also ordered Mango Shake (P75) which tasted like the normal Mango Shake from other resto, nothing spectacular. My friend ordered the Eggplant Lasagna with Penne Pasta. Layers of eggplant on the side and... <a class="read-more" href="#">read more</a>"

"I shrieked when I saw there was a joong kook zip in this area!! I've been craving jjajangmyeon forever and with few Korean-Chinese restaurants in Manila it's hard to come across. <br> <br> I wasn't planning on eating lunch but I saw this and those plans flew out the window. Just had jjajangmyeon for now, since the tangsuyuk is 600php for the small serving. How small is small for 600?? I'll just have to go back I guess. <br> <br> Good jjajangmyeon overall! Springy, chewy noodles with good sauce :) a nice surprise here was my first time trying onions with that black sauce - the onion isn't as intense and is actually kind of sweet once dipped in it! Danmuji is a must as well while eating this.<br> <br> Just make sure to finish this quickly as when it gets cold it's harder to eat everything. The service is good as well!! Cheery, helpful, and don't have to ask for everything twice. <br> <br> They have a delivery service as well, with your Korean fried chicken staples hehe, so you won't have to look... <a class="read-more" href="#">read more</a>"
