"The location is really nice, it's a modern place, has great view, the food was decent even tho the price was really high, but the worst thing was the service provided. We booked a table for on a Thursday night. When we got there....there were like tables occupied and still, it took the waiter to get our order for drinks, and another to get the order for food. So we've spent minutes waiting for the food itself and by the time it got there, our appetite went down :)The desert was clearly thawed, but it was good. The Altitude Burger was decent, I kinda liked it. But the fact that the waiter forgot about us and made us wait that long for a bottle of wine and for dishes ruined it all. Not to mention the fact that we ordered a decanted wine and the waiter came at the table, decanted it, then came back to refill our glasses witch was a nice gesture) and poured straight from the bottle and said that he forgot that he decanted the wine already" . Such an absent-minded waiter. Overall a bad experience in Poiana Brasov, was expecting more from a place that has so much advertisement"
