"We discovered the Steel Wheel Brewery this summer and we are so glad we are! We've been back for a few days. The staff is friendly, the beer is especially the Lime Gose and Mango Raspberry Seltzer! There are no alcoholic options. You have interior seats, a party room that can be rented, as well as a beautiful terrace with wood stove pizza that is excellent! They even grow their own hops! We look forward to our next visit!"

"I'd give this place a 5 start. If the rice with the sushi had been cold. Other than that. I'd highly recommend the place. They have great food, and amazing customer service. Very nice, clean place too! Pictures attached is a piece of sushi I highly recommend if you like salmon"

"While doing business in Brantford this past week, I decided to treat myself to a lunch at Taal, a very decent Indian restaurant in the eastern end of the city in what appeared to be a refurbished pizza chain restaurant building. I had driven past it many times but had never ventured in. It was lunchtime and was less than half full of patrons. Almost all of them were taking advantage of what appeared to be a very plentiful buffet. Yet, being an aficionado of that type of cuisine, cooking several of their traditional dishes myself at home, I wanted to order a la carte this time. Besides, who really wants picked over food at a buffet?I ordered mulligatawny soup, something I hadn't had in decades, and it was magical. Thick yellow lentil and coconut with generous dices of chicken breast in a mildly curried soup. Yummy! I also enjoyed their Tandoori Shrimp, seven very large shrimp that danced on the palate. It was served over sautéed cabbage, giving some nice flavour and texture contrasts. It was certainly better than wilted lettuce that would have changed the texture and flavour of the shrimp. As a side dish, I ordered the spicy garlic naan, perhaps the best naan I have ever had...pillowy soft with a thinly grilled crust and well-balanced flavour, not quite as spicy or garlicky as advertised but still delicious. Having enjoyed that meal with a crisply cold Kingfisher beer, it was an absolute treat. Their menu is extensive and, given that I will be moving in the general area in less than a month, thus will become an eat-in and take-out fixture for me and my family."

"My experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. Firstly, upon entering, I immediately noticed an unpleasant odor lingering in the air. The utensils provided for eating seemed unwashed and unhygienic. The table had a sticky residue, and even the windowsill and curtains appeared to be in dire need of cleaning. Moving on to the food area, I was appalled by the condition of the hood above the hot tables, which was visibly greasy and unappealing. The tongs used for serving were also greasy and slippery, which was quite off-putting. Furthermore, considering it was a buffet, I expected a wide variety of food options, but unfortunately, the selection was lacking. The noodles were dry and unappetizing, while the chicken lacked flavor, and the beef was tough and practically impossible to bite. Regrettably, the food failed to satisfy my appetite, and I even felt unwell afterward. If given the chance, I would rate this establishment a negative one star. I couldn't help but wonder if this place even meets the standards set by the FDA for food safety and hygiene."

"A genuinely great Indian buffet! I’m a bit of an Indian food enthusiast, and the food here was spot on. Excellent paneer, naan, samosas, and the butter chicken was made with breast meat (a personal favorite)! Deserts were tasty, and well plated. Try this place, you won’t be disappointed.Parking: Ample parking conveniently located around the restaurant."
