"After my college graduation my grandmother, mother, brother, sister-in-law, son, and nieces all went there. Ranging from ages ninety all the way down to three years of age. There were flavors that we all could and did enjoy. Some people don't like to add extra toppings to their ice cream so of course that was optional. I enjoyed a strawberry cake ice cream, while my mom got a to-go cup for my grandmother with vanilla. The staff was very friendly, and allowed us to try different flavors before making a decision on what we wanted. There were quite a few people already in the store not including my family, but the staff was able to rotate and have us all served quickly and efficiently."

"It was my first purchase there, and it was a horrible one. Staff is rude, and they overcharge for what is on the menu. I understand that there is an additional charge for add ons, which is disclosed. However, they charged a higher sum for the extra charge that what was indicated on their menu. Their justification was that the price had changed, yet it was evident that their price menu had not been updated. As a result, they are compelled to adhere to the pricing listed on their menu. Which they did not do that .California LawCode 12024.2. states that a It is unlawful for any person, at the time of sale of a commodity, to do any of the following: 1 Charge an amount greater than the price, or to compute an amount greater than a true extension of a price per unit, that is then advertised, posted, marked, displayed, or quoted for that commodity.Note: “overcharge” means the amount by which the charge for a commodity exceeds a price that is advertised, posted, marked, displayed, or quoted to that consumer for that commodity at the time of sale. c A violation of this section is an infraction punishable by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars 100 when the overcharge is one dollar 1 or less.It should be noted that if they do not adhere to their pricing menu, they may be reported to the Federal Trade Commission ReportFraud.ftc.gov"

"Update: To the reviewer @Phillip Wiley you weren't present that day of my visit. Seems like you have a strong connection with this business. Once you take down what you posted about me: review and picture, I will remove my review. This not spreading positivity doesn't look good for the business either.By far the worst customer service. Waited ~40 minutes for my smoothies for an online order.There were 3 employees, a blonde, Maya and a short brunette that bad mouthed me and was beyond disrespectful and laughed and argued with me.Ended up finally getting my drinks at 9:12pm after closing time. Past 9pm they let a customer go in and her drinks were ready prior to mine. When I was about to leave that customer blocked the exit doors and was fighting with me over those employees. The customer was defensive and violent. The employees encouraged the customers violence inside the restaurant. The short brunette employee was yelling and laughing hysterically that I was scared.Owner check the cameras. Unacceptable behavior from your employees. You lost a loyal customer and keep the violent customer that threatens and fights for your employees.Adding the picture of employee that encourages violence during her shift."

"Last Friday they were busy, and I had to wait for about 25 minutes to get a table. The food is good as usual. I like the shrimps. It's good to taste. It's just $21.99 a person for a seafood buffet. Prices are reasonable."

"?UPDATE? Woooo!! Do we love coming here for adult birthday dinners!! Lol okay maybe a little too much. This place I enjoy for adult birthdays because we can have margaritas and the kids can order from cheese pizza to half rack of bbq ribs. This time itwas my dad's birthday and obviously the kids decided and okay me too decided to bring him here for dinner. Parking: there'splenty of parking since it's at the Buena Park Mall. Parking close to the restaurant maybe you won't find on busy days likeFridays and weekends. Service: From the host to the server always excellent. Our server Alex was great and she got all of ourorders correct and was very attentive checking that we were doing okay. We did special request to sing Happy birthday to my dad,which btw it caught him completely off guard lmbo!! The best face expression! All thanks to Alex and the Chili's crew...thankyou all! Food/Drinks: Our food was delicious my son ordered a cheese pizza with fries, he is not a fries kids but he does likethe ones from Chili's. I ordered shrimp and steak skillet, my dad ordered the similar just with double shrimp. My mom had halfrack of bbq ribs w/chicken strips, fries, texas toast, and cob. My daughter got herself half rack of bbq with fries andcoleslaw. Everything was delicious, I personally love the green bell peppers and grilled onions on my skillet and I always putsome of my red rice in the bowl of black beans that comes in my order. Yum! Yum! For drinks and I will only call out the adultdrinks. We ordered the mango iced tea and strawberry lemonade lol okay lets go to the real adult drinks which were only acouple. The patron margarita, presidente margarita and finished with another patron margarita because my dad liked it was kindastrong lol. For dessert we digged in to his special Molten Chocolate cake lol that cake had no chance against all five of uslol so chocolaty but not super sweet!
