"You should praise your staff for being so knowledgable on celiac! I have never felt so safe from cross contamination in a restaurant. From the separate microwave to the veggies under the counter being used and my pita being toasted in the wrapper! Thank you for being gluten free friendly!"

"This place serves authentic Indian dishes. I have been here many times and my all time favourite is Tikka roll, this is a naan rolled with veg Tikka curry which is slight minty, slight sweet with a hint of onion and garlic and plenty of aroma of Indian spices. If you are in hurry call them before. They provide dine in and take out facility. They have other Indian dishes like pav bhaji, gulab jamun, rasogulla and lassi. Last time I ordered Nawab lassi but it didn't match my expectations. Lassi was too thin, lots of ice and was not enough flavorful to called it nawab. Rest is all good and don't forget to get compliment mint and strawberry toffee."

"I love this place. The new place is so much bigger, brighter and fresher than the old one on Ropewalk, but the food is just as good as ever, and still great value. Nice to see a small place like this, which makes a piece of it with its different kitchen in St. John's. Definitely the best place for Filipino food in the city! Is it currently my favorite place to meet friends for a meal? Yes! Large wheelchair accessible parking, vegetarian options, great prices and fabulous food make this a simple choice for everyone."

"This is a must go to restaurant if you like east Indian cuisine. If you want fancy ambience go elsewhere but if you want incredible but simple and authentic food this is the spot. Be prepared to help yourself to the water machine if you need a drink lol GREAT FOOD!"

"Most of the Indian/Pakistani restaurants claim to serve authentic food, but that claim is most of the time not true. This Pakistani restaurant came close to that claim. The menu is simple and I think that’s what did the trick. Either choose between lamb platter lamb curry, 2 kinds of lentils, pickle, chutney, rice, vegetables) or chicken platter everything same as lamb platter, except meat which is chicken). We ordered both and found the food almost authentic and it came almost close to what you will have in a typical Pakistani household. The place got busy very quickly. Curries were tasty and so was rice. vegetables could have been better if freshly sautéed, chutney could also have been a lot better. I requested salted lassi and it was yummy. Naan was not what you would expect as a typical Pakistani naan. Something they could change and make the competition more nervous. Service also could improve. Overall I would say 20 times better than any fancy Indian restaurant. If you are in town, try their food and your heart will be totally satisfied."
