"THE best dining experience I have had in years. I took my girlfriend here for her birthday dinner last night and we were totally blown away. Our server was a wonderful young lady who had a little bit of an accent (I want to say French but I could be wrong). She was charismatic and polite right off the hop, helping us with wine recommendations and featured items on the menu. We started with the Bacon Scallops and they were PERFECT. Moving onto the main course, my girlfriend had the lamb and I had the beef tenderloin. Both items came out in a timely manner and looked amazing. Now this is where my 5 star comes in; I cut into my steak and it was a little bit well done for my liking as I asked for it medium rare… I hate sending food back. It’s my least favourite thing to do as a server but our wonderful waitress would not let me take no for an answer. Within minutes I had a brand new plate of immaculately cooked steak and sides. I was blown away at the level of customer service. We were then treated to dessert by the restaurant for my partners birthday. 10/10 Food 20/10 Customer service Come here if you need a refreshing dining experience. I will be recommending to my friends and family with a sterling review. Thank you Blackshop"

"Superb patio spot! And with live music?!? Awesome. Food was decent. Get salad dressing on the side as it was soggy. And a little over cooked main. But guys, serving beer in plastic glasses????? That took it from a cool, classy joint to a cheap college pub vibe. Too bad."

"A local pointed us in the direction of Latinoamerica Unida, and we weren't disappointed. Charming, small place, bright and clean, with remarkably good molé, redolent of cinnamon and chocolate, thick and rich. We enjoyed chicken enchiladas with molé and beef enchiladas with red sauce, a side of deeply flavored salsa, and a Margarita. On a Saturday night the place was full of families and couples, and the family that runs the place was welcoming and helpful. Satisfying, pleasant, unusually good."
