"Our second time there. Food is great. However we were greatly disappointed with the “fried ice cream”. After building it up to our 3kids who had never had it, it came to the table with maybe two tablespoons of ice cream ,some whipped cream and some chocolate syrup on the plate. Nothing even close to the expectations after looking at the menu photo. It was a very warm day and power was out during the day so maybe they were out? But still it would have been better to just let us know instead of serving what they did. I still tipped 30% on a 109.00 bill because I know they work hard and surely are not paid enough. We didn’t say anything because the kids were getting tired and we wanted to go. But wow. Should have taken a photo!"

"Very poor customer service. Waiter was sweating profusely upon seating us and continued to wipe his forehead right in front of us as he was taking our order. His shirt was ringing wet as well. Was told they don?t season the food at this establishment only salt and pepper is used on there food was refused a tower they had on the menu. Food was bland and had a burnt taste. Eat anywhere else."

"We waited 30 minutes for placement. once we order our drinks and eat. No one came back with our food. although others came after us and were served. After we waited for more than one hour and 15 minutes, we realized that we will not be served soon, so we decided that it was time to go and we have! we will never visit the chili’s in gallatin tn again!"

"Chips and salsa were just ok, not great. The margarita was not good. Way too sugary, with very little margarita flavor. I ordered 4 different tacos (carne asada, carnitas, chorizo and al pastor). Very bland tacos, with nothing but meat and tortilla, no toppings. Each meat tasted a little off, like it was old, and later that night I got pretty sick to my stomach. I probably won't be going back considering the food didn't taste right and I got sick."
