"Estuve hace años allí y ahora compruebo con placer que la calidad ha permanecido igual. Restaurante agradable, familiar, con terraza y jardín, precios razonables y comida cuidada, nada del otro mundo pero de buen sabor, y servicio esmerado. Pedí los clásicos penne alla puttanesca, venían un poco saladas, igual que los spaghetti frutti di mare que pidieron dos de mis familiares, así que deben cuidar ese detalle de la sal, pero ambos platos venían bien servidos y bien acompañados. El helado de chocolate ni fu ni fa, excelente en cambio el de frutti del bosco. La ensalada campesina buena, con gorgonzola, sabrosa, pero sin imaginación. En fin, un restaurante sin ostentación ni pretensiones de gourmet, algo que se aprecia, con sus fallas pero en general bueno, y la atención discreta pero oportuna del dueño, Daniele. Muy recomendable."

"While I have been feeding in Los Bisquets de Obregon for decades both in Mexico City and Cuernavaca, I have found that the situation on Benito Juarez is lacking in many areas. Staff hide in the kitchen and it takes forever to get to your table to bring the menus. I waited for a menu up to 10 minutes and up to 20 minutes to have the food delivered, even if the restaurant is not busy. Staff are impersonal and never very pleased to wait for their tables. The bus subscribers are extremely loud when cleaning other tables. I found that the locations in Mexico City were similar to Benito Juarez. On the other hand, the location on Rio Mayo in Cuernavcacaca is far superior in so many ways. 1. Customers are treated as family by staff. They love you with brazing and Besos and never forget your name. 2. You meet immediately and accompany you to a table where they have the menus in hand, and ready to take your beverage order or food order when you are in a hurry. 3. The staff has an interest in your culinary experience and works for every need. 4. The food is better prepared and quickly comes to your table from the kitchen as it is prepared. 5. The noise level is kept to a minimum by the waiting personnel and the occupancy of the tables is fast and without noise. 6. It is impossible to leave the restaurant without having several employees say goodbye and have a great day. I think it's up to General Manager at the Rio Mayo site that is able to manage the employees. The other places would do well to visit the Rio Mayo site and make careful notes for their own location."

"A few months ago, on the way to breakfast, we noticed this scenic restaurant on Rio Mayo and decided to give it a try as there are parking directly at the front door. The restaurant is actually the garden and the front buildings of the original house. On the terrace or in the covered area there is a selection of seats under large screens. And there are additional seats in the art gallery, with original art of the owner's father who lives in the original home in the back of the great property. When we sat down first, the waiter brought a basket of fresh bread, which was included in the price of the meal. This was a plus, so many restaurants charge extra for the bread when consumed. Next, another waiter brought fresh, pressed orange juice, coffee and a plate of fresh fruit for every diner. Then the first waiter brought the menu on a table. The breakfast menu had a good choice to choose; Eggs cooked in various ways, with or without meat. I choose Huevos con Chorizo y Tocina (egg with sausage and bacon) and my friend choose Huevos Veracruzano (egg with a bean sauce). The waiter took our order to the kitchen that is in front of the building and is visible to anyone who wants to see. I was surprised how clean the kitchen and the staff were. As soon as we finished our fruits and enjoyed our coffee (freshly brewed and not Nescafe Instant), we noticed the huge cactus, which was sewn past the roof of both history on the back. This is the biggest cactus I saw in Cuernavaca. I also took the time to visit the Art Gallery dining area and was quite impressed by the art that was both large and small. The father is the artist and the colors in a real way that is quite impressive. When the meals arrived and our coffee was refilled (free), we were amazed how big the portions were. The dishes were prepared exactly as we had ordered them and they were delicious. But the best part was still to come. The price per person was just $60 pesos (USD$2.90)! We made this regular breakfast place except on Sunday when Carmelita takes a break from a busy weekend. The owner Pepe Iturbide Rivera is always there and ensures everyone is happy."

"Pozoli was excellent. Potato-filled toquitos were decent, but were served at room temperature and would have tasted a lot better had they been served hot. Hot food should be served hot and cold food should be served cold."
