After reading multiple ratings about the restaurant, I noticed most were quite negative, but they were two to three years old. What Diego A doesn't like about Sumiya:
Location is dubious and not very preety. Mid-town Jiutepec doesn´t feel very relaxing. Accomodations are carefuly planed as a japanese themed hotel, again not much sense in the middle of a mexican small town. Restaurant is sort of expensive for a very average dish. Pool is not heated.
